Prelude Pulse Community Survey voucher draw Terms and Conditions
Please see the terms and conditions for the Community Survey voucher draw below.
1. Promotion commences on Friday 5th July 2024 6am and ends at 11.59pm on Wednesday 7th August 2024 AWST (“Promotional Period”).
2. Entry is via filling out contact details on the Shell Australia Community Survey.
3. Entrants have the ability to opt out of the promotion by not completing optional entry details on the survey form.
4. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
6. The three winners will be randomly selected via draw on the 15TH August 2024 at Shell Australia 562 Wellington Street Perth.
7. Winners’ names will be announced via Shell Australia website
www.shell.com.au between 21st August- 28th August 2024.
8. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) Entrant must have selected, and live, in one of the following locations on the survey form:
i) Broome
ii) Dampier Peninsula
iii) Darwinb) Participant must have completed the online survey in full
c) Participant must nominate their contact details
9. Voucher draw contains the following prizes for different locations:
a) Those who enter the draw and live in Broome, or other area of the Kimberley region, including Dampier Peninsula or Darwin go in the draw to potentially win 1 x $200 Shell Coles Express Gift Card. 3 Shell Coles Express Gift Cards will be given away
10. Duplicated, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
11. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used at participating businesses.
12. Prize vouchers will be provided to winners within 30 days of announcing the winners.
13.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
