2. On Course Tours and Travel is the promoter of this competition.
3. The prize is a $1000 voucher to be applied against any single On Course Tours and Travel Tour
4. Any transaction that occurs as a result of this competition is between the winner and the promoter.
5. The competition will commence on the 01 August 2024 and finish at 5pm on 30th of October 2024.
6. The draw will take place at the Publisher’s premises. The winners will be notified by phone and email by On Course Tours & Travel.
7. The prize voucher must be collected before 28th of Feb 2025 between the business hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. Failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
8. The prize voucher can be collected from On Course Tours & Travel at 11 Tepko Road, Terrey Hills NSW 2084.
9. The voucher must be booked by the 30th of November 2025. Failure to redeem the voucher by the expiry date will result in forfeit of the voucher. The voucher must be used in its entirety against one travel tour
10. Rules of entry are governed by the contest rules and the General Competition Entry Rules.
11. This is a game of chance. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entrants can only enter once on the same email address.
13. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
14. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services. This voucher can be used for new bookings only and not for a refund on an existing paid booking. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited.
15. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.
