CAMPAIGN: Father’s Day ‘Spend to Win’ Giveaway

Holmview Central Father’s Day ‘Spend to Win’ Giveaway (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”).
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All entry instructions and Prize information
published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions. This Promotion is held at Holmview Central of 302-
318 Logan River Road, Waterford, QLD 4133, Australia.
The Promotion commences on Thursday 15th August 2024 at 9am and concludes on Thursday 29th August at 6pm
(unless extended at the sole option of the Manager) (Promotion Period). Entry in the Promotion is only open to people
located in the state of Queensland, and region of Brisbane (Entrants). Winner will be announced on Friday 30th August,
2024 via phone or email in the first instance, then via Holmview Central’s Facebook Page.
Entry in the Promotion is subject to:
a. the Entrant making a purchase of $10.00 or more at Holmview Central during the Promotion Period (Purchase);
b. scanning the competition QR code and entering the correct details include legal name and email address; and
c. retaining their receipt for proof of purchase.
Participation in the “Father’s Day ‘Spend to Win’ Giveaway” promotion may occur during the operating hours of 6am –
9pm Monday to Friday and 6am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday, the Promotion Period.
Conditions of Entry 9. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to participate in the Promotion. Where an Entrant is
under 18 years of age, or has a disability, and participates in the Promotion their legal guardian takes full responsibility
for that Entrant and all risk and liability associated with that Entrant’s involvement in the Promotion and for the Entrant’s
compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion prize is one (1) $899 Weber Family Q+ Premium (Q3200N+) Gas Barbecue (LPG) - gas bottle not
included - and $200 Woolworths e-voucher. The prize is pre-purchased and will be randomly allocated to the winner at
the Promotor’s discretion, subject to availability. If for any reason the winner of the Promotion prize, does not redeem the
prize or any element of the prize within the timeframe stipulated, Sunday, 15th September 2024, then that prize or that
element of that prize may be forfeited in the Promoter’s discretion. The prize is not redeemable for cash and not
transferable and must be taken as offered.
Entrants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period a maximum of once (1) per day, per person provided that
for each entry in the Promotion the Entrant provides a legible, complete, receipt for a Purchase during the Promotion
Period and complies with these Terms and Conditions.
Receipts from partial lay-bys, bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and
charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills), alcohol, tobacco, TAB and Lotto, or which are
otherwise indecipherable or incomplete will not be accepted as receipts for the purpose of entry into the Promotion.
Receipts cannot be added together to total the required spend of $10.00 at Holmview Central for entry into the
Promotion
