Competition entry and eligibility
This Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who sign up for the Mix and Match Points Programme.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, House of Travel and their subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
The Competition commences on 20 August 2024 at 00:01 and concludes on 27 September at 23:59. After this date and time no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.
The time zone applicable to any time stated relates to the state where the Promoter is located.
Only one entry per eligible person will be allowed in the prize draw.
Terms and conditions
The promoter of this Competition is Mix & Match Travel PTY Limited (“the Promoter”).
The Competition is a Sales Promotion in the form of a lottery. One winner for the prize draw will be randomly selected by draw from the completed entries on 30th September 2024.
You may enter the Competition by completing the registration form online at
www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au before 27 September 2024.
Prize details and prize draw
The winner will be notified by email by 30 September 2024 and published on mixandmatchtravel.com.au on 30 September 2024 and on various social media platforms such as
www.facebook.com/mixandmatchtravel on the same date.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of the prize draw then, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will occur at the same location of the original draw on 14th October 2024 and a new winner will be notified via email by 14th October 2024 and published at mixandmatchtravel.com.au on 14th October 2024 and on various social media platforms such as
www.facebook.com/mixandmatchtravel. The unclaimed prize winner will have 14 days to claim the prize.
The prize of an e-voucher for flights to any destination to the value of $500 is for travel between 30 September 2024 and 31 August 2025 and must be redeemed online at mixandmatchtravel.com.au by 31 March 2025. All incidental items are at the prize-winner's own expense.
All Airport, visa, entry and government costs are at the traveller’s expense.
The prize is not refundable, not transferable, not exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.
By entering the Competition, the entrants consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and for the Promoter to use his or her name, photograph and their city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation should they win the Competition. This includes use on the Promoter’s website, direct and social media channels and PR.
The winners and accompanying travellers must hold a current Passport, valid for at least six months before the expiry date at all proposed times of travel and be legally entitled to leave and return to Australia.
Should there be any non-adherence or reasonable suspicion of non-adherence to the above conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or the Prize at any time.
Additional terms
By participating in this Competition, entrants confirm acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of proceeding, due to any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition (in the sole opinion of the Promoter), the Competition may be abandoned or postponed at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
The decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its sole and absolute discretion cancel the Competition at any time and without prior notice.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by the Promoter and other entities within the Promoter and House of Travel Group in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. You consent to the Promoter collecting and holding your information and providing it to other parties as necessary for the purposes of the Competition and for agreed promotional purposes. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.

In addition to any other purposes we have made known to you, we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information to enable us to conduct this Competition. Any personal information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
