Mobile Skips Spring Giveaway Campaign Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Overview
Mobile Skips is excited to offer a special giveaway to 1 lucky residential customer. The prize includes one skip bin hire and a professional cleaning service, redeemable either for personal use or as a gift to someone else. This giveaway is intended solely for residential customers; it is not open to corporate customers, trades, or commercial entities.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Participants must be the renter or owner of the household to ensure that the decision-makers are involved.
The campaign is available only to residential customers.
Corporate, trade, or commercial customers are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway commences on 1st September 2024 and ends on 30th September 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize Details
One winner will receive a skip bin from Mobile Skips, along with a professional cleaning service.
The winner must be the renter or owner of the household where the service will take place.
The winner may use the prize for their own property or gift it to another person.
The prize is non-transferable except as a gift and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other goods.
If the winner chooses to gift the prize to another person, that person must agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document, including media participation and filming. If the recipient declines to participate, the prize will be forfeited.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random and announced on 5th October 2024. The decision is final and binding. Mobile Skips reserves the right to re-select a winner if the initially selected winner is ineligible or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification. The winner must adhere to the weight limit of their skip hire. If the skip bin exceeds the weight limit of our heavy skip, the winner agrees to either remove items OR pay the extra weight cost. See full weight limits in our User Guide.
6. Filming and Media
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the following conditions:
Mobile Skips may film parts of the cleaning process at the winner’s home. Filming will be done with full respect for the winner’s privacy, and discretionary measures will be put in place as negotiated between the winner and Mobile Skips.
Participation in filming is a mandatory condition for accepting the prize. The winner or the gift recipient must agree to media participation or the prize will be forfeited.
Mobile Skips will retain ownership of all video content and will use it for promotional purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
By accepting the prize, the winner or gift recipient grants Mobile Skips full and irrevocable rights to use any video footage, images, or media for promotional purposes across all channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, and advertising. No additional consent or compensation will be provided for the use of this media.
7. Conditions of Participation
The skip bin and cleaning service must be redeemable within a serviceable area as determined by Mobile Skips. If the winner or the gift recipient lives outside the serviceable area, the prize will be forfeited.
The winner must schedule the skip bin and cleaning service within 3 months of claiming. Filming must occur within this timeframe, or the prize will be forfeited.
8. Privacy and Data
Mobile Skips respects the privacy of participants. Personal data collected during the campaign will be used for administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and improving our services and marketing efforts. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their data for analytical purposes, targeted marketing, and enhancing customer experiences. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in emails. No personal data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as necessary for the purposes outlined above.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mobile Skips is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical failures that prevent participation in the campaign. Mobile Skips is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation or the acceptance of the prize.
