Win Your Weekly Shop from Thursday 26 September to Thursday 17 October 2024!

For the next three weeks, every shopping trip could be your chance to win back the value of your purchases*. Simply spend in-centre, upload your receipts online, and you could be one of the lucky winners!

How to Enter:

    Make a Purchase: Shop in centre at any participating store and hang on to your receipt.
    Scan the QR Code: Find the QR code displayed in the centre and scan it to access our competition hub.
    Upload Your Receipt: Visit the online hub, provide your details, and upload your receipt for validation.
    Daily Entries: Enter once a day with a new receipt for more chances to win!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PART A - INTRODUCTION
1. Information on how to participate in the ‘Win Back Your Weekly Shop’ (the Promotion)
forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms
and conditions, which include the Schedule to these terms and conditions.
3. The Promoter of the Promotion is Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited (ABN 15 051 363
547) of Level 20, No.1 Martin Pl, Sydney NSW 2000, (02) 8651 9000 (the Promoter).
PART B - ELIGIBILITY
4. The Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
5. Where a participant in the Promotion is under the age of 18 (a minor):
(a) in order to make a valid claim, the minor must have the prior consent of their
parent or guardian to participate in the Promotion;
(b) by consenting to the minor participating in the Promotion, the minor's parent or
guardian is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions;
(c) the minor's parent or guardian may be required to enter into a written agreement
evidencing their consent for the minor to participate in the Promotion, refusal of
which will invalidate the minor's claim for the Promotion; and
(d) the ‘Win Back Your Weekly Shop’ event must be completed by the minor's
nominated parent or guardian on the minor's behalf.
6. The following persons are ineligible to participate in the Promotion:
(a) employees, contractors and agents of:
(i) the Promoter;
(ii) any of the Promoter's agencies that are associated with the Promotion;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, step-parent, child, step-child, legal guardian,
sibling or step-sibling of a person listed in paragraphs (a) or (b); and
(c) any person whom the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to
participate in the Promoter's promotions.
PART C – PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION
7. To participate in the Promotion eligible persons must, during the Promotion Period,
comply with Item 1 of the Schedule.
8. The Promotion Period is specified in Item 2 of the Schedule.
9. There is a limit of one entry per person per day.
10. Entrants can only win once to take part in one ‘Win Back Your Weekly Shop’ and will be
removed from entry list for the following draws.
11. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer of the
Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate.
12. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not
liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost,
incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted due to circumstances outside the Promoter's
reasonable control.

13. Your claim must be received during the Promotion Period (as described in Item 2 of the
Schedule) and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you
return any product(s) comprising part or all of the Eligible Spend (defined in Item 1 of the
Schedule) on which your claim is based, your claim may be deemed invalid at the
Promoter's discretion (except to the extent any such product is defective). The Promoter
is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your
own costs associated with claiming. If you claim using automatically generated claims or
multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
14. You must keep your original itemised purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all
claims. If you don't produce such proof of purchase for all claims when asked, the
Promoter may disqualify all of your claims and you will lose any right to a gift (and any gift
already awarded to you may be cancelled). If, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, you
have shared any proof of purchase with another person, all of your claims will be invalid,
and you will lose any right to a gift.
PART D - PRIZE
15. The prize to be awarded are specified in Item 4 of the Schedule.
16. The value of the total gift pool is specified in Item 5 of the Schedule.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom
you choose to, or choose not to, share a gift.
PART E - GENERAL
18. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
reasonable discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
19. If any gift (or part of any gift) is unavailable due to unforeseeable or other special
circumstances, the Promoter in its reasonable discretion reserves the right to substitute
for the gift (or that part of the gift) a similar gift of equal or greater value, subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority.
20. Gifts must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter
will not be liable. Gifts are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the
relevant supplier or the Promoter. Gifts, or any unused portion of a gift, are not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
21. Each successful claimant consents to the Promoter using the claimant's name, likeness,
image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media
for an unlimited period without compensation for the purpose of promoting the Promotion
(including any outcome of the Promotion). Successful claimants must take part in all
publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires without
compensation.
22. Claimants must not:
(a) tamper with the claim process (including but not limited to manipulating the
system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the claim process);
(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the
Promotion;
(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or
any of its related entities or of the agencies, retailers or other companies
associated with this offer;
(e) breach any law; or
(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
23. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to require you to produce documentation to
establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your claims and/or verifying your

identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of employment and
place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and
conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper
conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and
omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
24. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter (including but
not limited to software, hardware or communications issues, technical difficulties,
unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud, government directive, a pandemic, public
health orders and the like) the Promoter may, in its sole discretion (acting reasonably), to
the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any affected claims/claimants; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
25. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of the
Promotion or claiming a gift, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your
point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to
it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in
connection with all aspects of the Promotion is final.
26. For further information regarding the Promotion, the Promoter may be contacted at the
details specified in clause 3.
27. The Promotion is conducted under the authority specified in Item 6 of the Schedule.

Schedule
Item 1 –
Claim
Instructions
To claim, participants must complete the following steps, during the Promotion
Period:
1) Visit the participating Shopping Centre during the Promotion Period (as
specified in Item 2) and spend in centre (as specified in Item 3). Only one
receipt per customer, per day will be accepted for entry. Putting any
item(s) on lay-by (as opposed to paying for them) does not count as Eligible
Spend. Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank
transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas,
electricity, rates and phone bills) and purchases of lottery, tobacco and
alcohol will not be counted towards Eligible Spend.
2) Locate and scan the QR codes found on promotional material throughout
the Participating Shopping Centre.
3) QR Code will open to www.eastgatebondirewardshub.com.au
4) Complete the digital entry form by providing your first name, last name,
mobile number, email address, specifying the Shopping Centre where you
made your Eligible Spend. Upload the Eligible Spend receipt to the online
portal for verification and provide all other requested information. For
clarity, one entry is permitted per person, per day.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently
capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite
photograph capability.
Item 2 –

The Promotion Period will commence on Thursday, 26 September 2024 at 9am
AEST and will close on Thursday, 17 October 2024 at 9pm AEST.
Ten entries will be randomly selected and notified on the below dates:

18 October 2024
1) Each week, ten (10) shoppers will be randomly selected and notified that
they have are one of the winners of the “Win Back Your Weekly Shop”.
2) Upon winning, you will then be sent your digital Charter Hall Pays-enabled
Prepaid Gift Card (Card) to the value of your corresponding receipt (up to
the maximum value of $250) via SMS to the number you provided on your
claim form.
You will need to add this digital gift card to your phones ‘wallet’ application.
Your Card is valid to redeem at the participating Charter Hall Shopping
Centre where you made your Eligible Spend associated with your claim. –
see Item 7 below.
3) If your claim is deemed invalid and you need to resubmit documents, you
will be notified via email and SMS.
4) Please ensure you check your junk/spam folders in case communications
relating to the Promotion appear there.

Digital Gift
Card Claim
Instructions
To activate your Digital Gift Card:
• Click on the link in the text message to activate your Card and you’ll be
directed to your device’s app store to install the Vault Payments application.
You have 2 months to activate the Card.
• Click the option to install and then open the Vault Payments app.
• Enter your mobile number and the activation code that was provided in the
SMS.
• When your Card is displayed in the App, click “Add card to wallet” and
follow the prompts to add your Card to your phone's mobile wallet (e.g.
• Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) to be used for purchasing goods
and services in the stores within the Shopping Centre associated with your
claim (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial
institutions).
• Once activated you have 12 months to redeem your Card. You can check
the balance and the expiry date in the Vault Payments App. The Card
cannot be used as a credit card and cannot be linked to any deposit
account.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the digital Charter Hall Pays-enabled
Prepaid Gift Card (the Card) are not included. The Card must be activated within 2
months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Card any
unused balance will be forfeited. Card holders will not receive notice prior to expiry.
Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital wallet.
The Card is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL
404131 (“EML”) and distributed by Vault Payment Solutions Group Pty Ltd, ABN 66
632 373 105 (“Vault”). See www.vaultps.com.au/terms-conditions for terms and
