Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
a. The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
b. To enter, participants must purchase any Tough On product from any PTC store or ptcshop.com.au during the campaign period and follow @ptcshop_ on Instagram.
c. Only one entry per person is allowed for each eligible purchase.
2. How to Enter:
After purchasing a Tough On product, participants must:
a. Step 1: Post a photo or video on their social media account sharing their experience with Tough On, whether it’s for work, fun, or a creative project.
b. Step 2: Use the hashtag #PTCiphone16, tag @ptcshop_, tag at least 3 friends in the post, and include the store name and receipt number.
c. All eligible entries will automatically be entered into the final draw for the grand prize.
3. Campaign Period:
a. The campaign runs from 20 September 2024 to 31 October 2024.
b. All entries will be finalized by 9:00 AM AEDT on 1 November 2024.
4. Prizes:
a. The grand prize is an iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB, which will be awarded to one lucky winner.
b. The first eligible entry of every Monday during the campaign period will receive a small mystery prize (e.g., charger, headphones, powerbank, etc.).
c. The final draw for the grand prize will take place, and the winner will be announced on 1 November 2024.
5. Use of Content:
a. By entering the giveaway, participants grant PTC permission to use their submitted content (photos or videos) for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across any media platform without further compensation or notification.
b. Content may be featured on PTC’s social media channels, website, email marketing, or in-store displays.
6. Winner Selection:
a. All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw for the grand prize.
b. The winner of the grand prize and weekly mystery prizes will be notified via Instagram direct message within 5 business days of the draw.
c. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, PTC reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.
7. General:
a. PTC reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the entry requirements or are deemed inappropriate.
b. PTC is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect participation.
