Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. In these Terms and Conditions of Entry:
• ‘Entry/Entries’ means a completed entry form submitted to the Promoter’s website (qsuper.qld.gov.au/wtd);
• ‘Promoter’ means ART Group Services Limited ABN 50 125 248 286 of 266 George Street, Brisbane, Qld 4000; and
• ‘Department of Education’ means the Queensland Government Department of Education.
Eligibility to enter competition
2. Persons who: (i) are residents of Queensland, Australia; and (ii) are 18 years of age or older as at the time of entry are eligible to enter this competition.
3. There is a strict limit of one Entry only per person. If multiple Entries are received from a person, only the first Entry that satisfies the requirements of entry will result in the person
entering the competition.

4. Australian Retirement Trust Pty Ltd, Precision Administration Services Pty Ltd, Sunsuper Financial Services Pty Ltd, ART Group Services Limited, ART Life Insurance Ltd (formerly
QInsure Ltd), QInvest Limited and ART People Services Pty Limited directors, officers, employees, contractors and their immediate families are not permitted to enter the competition.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and workplace) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions within an Entry may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter also reserves the right to request
the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at a nominated address, and/or proof of entry validity.
6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Submission of entry
7. A person may enter the competition and be eligible to win a prize by submitting their completed Entry via the Promoter’s website (qsuper.qld.gov.au/wtd). All Entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 2:00pm (AEST) on 11 October 2024.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable Entries will not be accepted.
9. Entry in this competition is free of charge.
Judging and Notification
10. The competition commences at 10:00am (AEST) on 2 September 2024 and entries close at 2:00pm (AEST) on 11 October 2024. The judging of entries will take place between 14 October 2024 and 18 October 2024. All decisions of the judges are final and no further correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging process.
11. One (1) winning Entry from each of the eight (Cool Department of Education regions will be selected based on the quality of their response to the competition question in the Entry. The Promoter will notify the winners within seven days from the conclusion of the judging period via phone and/or in writing as per the information provided in the Entry. The eight regions are Far North Queensland, North Queensland, Central Queensland, North Coast, Metropolitan North, Metropolitan South, Darling Downs South West and South East.
The Prize
12. The prize for each individual winning Entry to be awarded to the nominated teacher is one (1) Coles Myer Gift Card to the value of $150, and one (1) Officeworks Gift Card to the value of $1,000 for the school at which the nominated teacher is employed.
13. The prize cannot be taken as cash or in any other form except as stated and is not transferrable or exchangeable.
14. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the individual prize suppliers/manufacturers. Acceptance and use of a prize are subject to all terms of use issued by the
suppliers/manufacturers of the prize.
15. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any delayed delivery of the prize for reasons outside the Promoter’s control.
Miscellaneous
16. The Promoter’s decision on matters in connection with the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entries, or Entries not received for any reason during the competition period.
18. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible and will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss or personal injury, suffered or sustained by entrants or any other party in connection with or resulting from participation in the competition, including in connection with the redemption of and/or use of any prize. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered or delivered as prizes.
20. The Promoter is collecting personal information from all entrants for the purpose of facilitating the competition, and may for the purposes, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as required to Australian authorities. For the avoidance of doubt the Promoter will not disclose an entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia. Entry is conditional on each entrant providing this personal information.
21. The Promoter will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://qsuper.qld.gov.au/misc/privacy. The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to publish information relating to Entries, including but not limited to the name of the entrant on our website and wherever we display the name of the entrant in the Promoter’s marketing material.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information, including but not limited to their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes related to this competition or any matter incidental to it (including any outcome) including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
