Age Restriction

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 13 years of age or over. If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).

Maximum Number of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“What's your favourite Coldplay song and why?â€
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“What's your favourite Coldplay song and why?â€
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select one (1) entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award those entrants a Prize.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
12:00pm AEDT Thursday 23 November 2023 and 12:00pm AEDT Monday 23 October 2024
If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Travel from NSW, QLD, SA or WA (If applicable)
Prize winners from NSW, SA, QLD or WA must be able to attend the Event in VIC and must be able to take the Prize on the date as specified by the Promoter.

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 12:30pm AEDT Monday 23 October 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and

Prize

Prize
There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• Two (2) x VIP tickets for the winner and one (1) companion to see Coldplay live in concert at Marvel Stadium, 740 Bourke St, Docklands VIC 3008 (Event) on one of the below dates, which will be disclosed at the time of winning (valued at up to AUD $300 (incl. GST) per ticket):
- Wednesday 30 October 2024; OR
- Thursday 31 October 2024.
If further Event dates are announced after this Promotion, winners may be allocated tickets to one of the new Event dates (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location (if applicable) of the Event and the tickets allocated to the Prize winner by the Promoter is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner’s ordinary residential state is NSW,QLD, SA or WA, the Prize winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize in addition to the Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into VIC as required to attend the Event.
There is one (1) Domestic Travel Prizes to be won, comprising of:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state that they ordinarily reside to Melbourne, VIC (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) for the winner and one (1) companion, to be confirmed at the time of winning.
