We’ve teamed up with the authority in live-fire outdoor ovens to give you the chance to win one of their most advanced pieces of kit yet. It’s called the Gozney Arc, and its 500° performance means it’ll cook your pizza in 60 seconds or less. It also comes standard with a lateral gas burner, and if that sounds fancy, it’s because it is. All you really need to know, though, is that it recreates a traditional wood-fired flame while giving you precision temperature control.
