Terms and Conditions for Kids Colouring Competition
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to children aged 3 to 12 years.
Participants must have parental or guardian consent to enter.
2. How to Enter:
Participants must submit a completed colouring page provided by the organizer. This can be downloaded at the link below, or via our social media links on Instagram and Facebook @smoo.com.au
Entries must be submitted by midnight on 8th of December 2024.
Submissions can be made via social media. Upload and share your completed colouring page via posts or stories and tag both @smoo.com.au and @nutribulletaus
3. Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on creativity and originality.
It is up to the discretion of the organizers @smoo.com.au and @nutribulletaus to determine the winners.
4. Prizes:
Winners will be awarded in two categories, Finalist and Runner up.
Finalist Prize: Nutribullet Smartsense Blender Combo plus 4 x Smoo Mini Smoothie Cups.
Runner Up: Set of 4 Smoo Mini Smoothie Cups
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Winners will have 7 days to claim their prize and provide the organizers with shipping details to receive their prize.
5. Announcement of Winners:
Winners will be announced on Tuesday, 10th of December 2024
Participants will be notified via social media directly to the account in which they have submitted their entry. Participants will be notified by the organizer's official social media accounts only. We will not send you any links to claim your prize or use any other social media accounts other than @smoo.com.au and @nutribulletaus
6. Rights to Artwork:
By entering the competition, participants grant the organizers the right to use submitted artwork for promotional purposes.
All artwork remains the property of the participant.
7. Disqualification:
Entries that do not adhere to the rules or are submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or offensive.
8. Limitation of Liability:
The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries.
Participation in the competition is at the participant's own risk.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
By entering the competition, participants and their guardians agree to these terms and conditions.
