You can now vote for the artists you would like to see recognised as the 2024 Limelight Artists of the Year. Voting closes on Sunday 5 January, 2025 and the the winners will be revealed on Monday 3 February.
Interviews with each winner will then be published in the March 2025 issue of Limelight magazine.
By participating in the public vote, you will have the chance to win one of four Gold Culture Vouchers from Giving Culture, valued at $250 each, which you can choose to spend on a broad range of artistic and cultural experiences from the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) and Sydney Film Festival, among many others. Once redeemed, 100% of the voucher’s value is passed on to the selected organisation.
And new to this year’s awards, we ask: “What was your favourite performance of 2024?”
Let us know who was performing, what was on the program, and what impressed you. The most mentioned performance (and that includes one you might have seen via a streaming platform or a digital broadcast in a cinema or at home) will receive the Giving Culture Awards.
