WIN A WARDROBE COMP, October/Dec 2024 Terms:

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Henne Clothing Pty Ltd The "Prize" refers to a 1 x $2000 voucher to be used in Henne stores or online. Total prize pool is $2000.

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This giveaway opens at 12:00 PM AEDT on Monday, 30th September 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Tuesday, 31st December 2024 (Promotion Period).

The draw will take place on Monday, 13th January 2025, at 5 PM AEDT at Henne’s Head Office, Hawthorn 3122. The draw will not take place publicly. The one (1) winning entrant will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winner must claim their Prize by responding via email by Friday, 31st January 2025.

The giveaway is open to new email subscribers and residents of Australia and New Zealand only.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition, nor are the individuals featured in the giveaway campaign creative assets.

To enter the giveaway, each entrant is required to fill out their contact details in the entry form (found on henne.com/pages/win-a-wardrobe-competition) or via the Facebook lead form.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

By entering this competition, you are consenting to receive marketing emails from Henne to the email address provided.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Henne’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

 9. Mobile Message Service

 

Henne may from time to time use a mobile message service, which you may opt-into by providing your mobile number to Henne via the Site.

 

Your use of the mobile service constitutes your agreement to these mobile service terms. We may modify or cancel the mobile phone service or any of its features without notice.

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these mobile service terms at any time and your continued use of the service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

 

We do not charge for the mobile message service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

 

Text messages may be sent using an automatic mobile dialling system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialled marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

 

If you have opted in, the mobile service can provide updates, alerts, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers from Henne via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

 

Henne may use cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart or when you opt-in to receive information about back in stock items and this information is used to determine when to send messages via SMS.

10. Indemnity

 

You indemnify Henne and their Personnel (Indemnified Persons) against:

    all losses incurred by the Indemnified Persons;
    all liabilities incurred by the Indemnified Persons; and
    all costs actually payable by the Indemnified Persons to their own legal representatives (whether or not under a costs agreement) and other expenses incurred by the Indemnified Persons in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceeding (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal); arising directly or indirectly as a result of or in connection with:
    any third party claims against the Indemnified Persons arising from your use of or access to the Site;
    any breach or violation of the Terms by you.
