NOVEMBER SANTA PHOTO BOOKING COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By entering the November Santa Photo Booking, “Bring the Magic Home” competition, run by Scene to Believe, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
1.   STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

1.2 By entering the competition, you’re agreeing to share your details including first name, last name and email address with Scene to Believe.

1.3 You have the right to opt out of communications from Scene to Believe at any time.
2.   WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who agree to the terms and conditions of entry.
2.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
3.   HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on 21st October 2024 at 09:00 AM (AEST) and concludes on 30th November 2024 at 11:59 PM (AEST).

3.2 To enter, simply book a Santa visit for any date in November through the booking site for your chosen location. The booking must be made from a participating centre that is listed on the Location Map at scenetobelieve.com.au/santa to be eligible.

3.3 One entry per person is allowed.

3.4 Bonus entries can be earned by sharing dedicated competition posts on Instagram or Facebook as announced by Scene to Believe.
3.4 Entries must be received by 30th November 2024 at 11:59 PM (AEST).
4.     PRIZES

4.1 There will be five (5) prize draws, with one winner chosen from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth.

4.2 Each winner will receive a magical home visit package, which includes:

        A visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus
        A special appearance by your child’s favourite princess or superhero
        A Character Workshop to learn and play alongside the character
        Your choice of one party activity: Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, or Temporary Tattoos

4.3 The winners will be chosen by random draw on 5th December 2024, and notified by email on 5th December 2024.
5.   HOW TO WIN

5.1 Five winners will be randomly selected from the total pool of entries.

5.2 The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the result will be entered into.

        Monitor competition interactions: Independently monitor comments and private messages related to the competition on our social media channels. If you experience any suspicious activity, please report it immediately to Scene to Believe.
        Avoid suspicious friend requests or messages: Do not accept random friend requests or messages from pages claiming to be from Scene to Believe. Remember, a business page cannot initiate a direct message—only respond to messages you have sent.

8.2 Scene to Believe is not responsible for any actions of scammers related to this competition. However, we will actively monitor the competition to prevent scamming activity.
