All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEDT Wednesday 11 December 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).

Prize

There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• One (1) x minimum 7-day cruise (either, “Europe—Greek Isles”, “Europe – Mediterranean”, or “Europe – Northern Europe”) for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 21 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to AUD $12,000 (incl. GST) (Cruise). Cruise value is inclusive of the following elements:
o One (1) x minimum Oceanview Room, valued at up to AUD $6,000 (incl. GST) per person
• One (1) x AUD $5,000 (excl. GST) cash for the winner only (Cash). The Prize is valued at up to AUD $17,000 (incl. GST).

Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on/between 1 January 2025 and 1 January 2028. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
COVID-19
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue/voucher/ticket etc. terms and conditions
Winner Responsible for Flights and Accommodation
The winner is responsible for arranging any flights and accommodation required to redeem the Prize (including any visas), including for their companion. There is no flight or accommodation component of the Prize.

The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the prize supplier to facilitate the delivery or pick-up of the Prize.

Additional Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions
which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use any part of any Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of redeeming any part of any Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of a winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of each Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
