The Give Away Competition (“2024 Christmas Giveaway”) is open to only Australian residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only one entry for the competition is to be made per person. Employees of Shotton Lifts and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
The competition is valid from Friday [15/11/24] 7:00 am AEDT until Sunday [15/12/24] at 11:59 pm AEDT. Entries after the end date and time will not be accepted. The winner will be announced the following day, Monday [16/12/24] in Shotton Lifts’ Instagram and Facebook stories.
To enter the competition, participants must follow Shotton Lifts on Facebook or Instagram, like one of the featured posts, tag a friend and tell us what your caption would be for the Lift picture above. Fake accounts will not be allowed. Entries must be received by the deadline specified in the competition post. Only on-time entries will be accepted.
By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their name, email, age, and city to Shotton Lifts. This information will be used to contact the winner. Private information regarding the winner’s age, address, and email will not be announced publicly. The winner will be announced in December 2024 on Shotton Lifts’ social media channels.
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The decision of Shotton Lifts is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives.
Shotton Lifts reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
By entering the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Shotton Lifts and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
