This prize package is available to the winner of the Summer at Adelaide Oval Competition only, which is run by Adelaide Oval SMA Limited (the Promoter), of which there are a total of four (4) available to be won.
Information on how to enter and prizes included can be found within this document. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.

Total Value: The total prize pool is worth $4,903 excluding GST.
Competition mechanism – entries and winner announcement:
The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from the winner before awarding the prize, including but not limited to a driver’s license or passport. If the winner cannot provide adequate proof of age the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The competition begins on Monday 25 November
To enter, participants must, in up to 25 words, answer the question, “What is your favourite thing about summer at Adelaide Oval?” Entries must be submitted through the Adelaide Oval website (adelaideoval.com.au). Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
The early bird prize will close at Sunday 15 December 2024 at 5pm (ACDT) .
The early bird winner will be selected by the Promoter on Monday 16 December and contacted via phone or email on Tuesday 17 December.
The early bird winner has until 12pm (ACDT) Friday 20 December to claim their prize.
If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Friday 20 December at 2pm (ACDT) and the new prize winner/s will be notified in the same manner.
The broader competition (first, second and third prizes) close on Sunday 5 January 2025 at 5pm (ACDT).
Winners for the broader competition (first, second and third prizes) will be selected by the Promoter on Monday 6 January.
Winners will be contacted via email or phone on Monday 6 January.
Winners will have until 5pm (ACDT) Wednesday 8 January to claim their prize.
If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Thursday 9 January and the new prize winner/s will be notified in the same manner.

The winner must advise the Promoter of the names of the individuals partaking in any stays at Oval Hotel or Cricket game attendance.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the competition or prize. By entering, participants release the Promoter from any claims related to participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
Any travel or incidental costs incurred to claim or use the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not covered by the Promoter.
Any changes to individual attendees that incur additional costs will not be the Promoter’s responsibility.
Radio, print, digital advertising and social media activity may be used to advertise or promote the competition during the promotional period.
Cricket ticket entitlements cannot be redeemed at a later date and cannot be used for any other major event at Adelaide Oval.
If the winner chooses not to take up a particular prize entitlement, they waive their right to that prize.
The prize or any unused portion of the prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be on-sold and cannot be redeemed for cash or another form of compensation.
The promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred to cancel flights, accommodation or any other costs associated.
Where a prize entitlement is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the prize).
If the event is cancelled or postponed, the Promoter is unable to extend the valid period to the following year.
Bookings into Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen is subject to availability.
The winner may upgrade their room directly with the hotel for an additional cost and will be accordingly.
