Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted for every twelve (12) Callaway Golf Balls purchased in a single transaction; (b) only one (1) bonus entry permitted for every twelve (12) Callaway Golf Balls from a Chrome range purchased in a single transaction; (c) only one (1) entry and one (1) bonus entry permitted per person per day; and (d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents) and only one (1) Minor Prize permitted per person for SA residents.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The draw will take place at 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 Australia on 07/01/2025 at 1:00pm AEDT, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners will be published (initial, surname and postcode) in winwithcallaway.com on 09/01/2025.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for four (4) adults to Queenstown, New Zealand valued at up to AU$10,000 depending on date and point of departure (“Major Prize”). Prize includes:
4 x return economy airfares from winner’s nearest capital city in Australia or New Zealand to Queenstown, New Zealand (only provided if the winner resides 200km outside of Queenstown, New Zealand); and
2 x nights twin share 4-star accommodation in Queenstown, New Zealand;
Two (2) days of hospitality, including admission, at the 2025 New Zealand Open; and
Transfers to and from airport to accommodation in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 01/02/2025 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2025 New Zealand Open event with flights departing on 26/02/2025and is subject to booking and flight availability.
The winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
If the winner resides within a 200km radius of Queenstown, New Zealand, the airfare component of the prize will be forfeited and not redeemable for cash.
The next two (2) valid entries drawn will each win seventy-two (72) Callaway Golf Balls for the winner and their friend (one hundred forty-four (144) in total) valued at AU$1,079.99 (“Minor Prize”).
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take / redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The New Zealand Open hospitality prize is subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
Total prize pool value is up to $12,159.98.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

As a condition of accepting the prize, a winner (and their companions) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal information (“PI“) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
