I recently filmed with the legends from the Spencer Gulf Prawn Industry in Port Lincoln and trust me when I say, these are some of the most delicious prawns I have ever eaten in my life, and the BEST part? They are from the pristine waters of South Australia. How lucky are we in SA to have such great produce on our doorstep? YUM

This amazing prawn fishery has been around since the late 1960’s operating right in our backyard in the Spencer Gulf producing about 1800 tonnes of sweet, beautiful, wild-caught Western King Prawns each year caught by our own local South Aussie fishers.
