Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in and gaining of any benefit from this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Dorsett Brands Pty Ltd, 59 Forrest Avenue Bunbury, WA, 6230, ABN 49 611 407 857, telephone (08) 9722 4175. (“Promoter”).
The competition is open to residents of Australia. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and each of their immediate families) of Retravision licensees and retailers (“Retravision”), the Promoter, and the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families include any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entrants under the age of 18 years must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian (before entering the promotion). Further, the parent/guardian of any entrant aged under 18 years must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
The promotion commences at 12:00am on 13/12/2024 and final entries close at 12:00pm (i.e. noon) on 24/12/2024 (“Promotional Period”). All times listed in these Terms and Conditions are Australian Western Standard Time (“AWST”), unless stated otherwise.
To enter, individuals must complete any of the following steps during the Promotional Period: Purchase any good(s) with a total transaction value of $50.00 or higher from any Retravision retailer in Australia or the Retravision online store (at
www.retravision.com.au) (“Eligible Transaction”) between 13/12/24 and 24/12/24 noon; and then
Complete the following entry methods to receive five (5) entries (“Initial Entry”):

www.retravision.com.au) and elect to opt-in to the Retravision Marketing Database or enter your details in the online entry form if you are an existing subscriber. (“Eligible Subscription”); and then
New & Existing Subscribers: Completing the following entry method to receive one (1) entry (“Initial Entry”):
Complete the promotional online entry form by inputting their full name, valid email address, phone number, postcode and state, and submitting the fully completed entry form (“Eligible Subscription”).
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Initial Entry permitted per Eligible Transaction/receipt (regardless of the number of goods purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction); (b) only one (1) Initial Entry permitted per Eligible Subscription; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions. For the avoidance of doubt, once an entrant is drawn as a winner in any Minor Draw (defined below), the receipt number/Eligible Transaction/Eligible Subscription specified on their winning entry will no longer be able to be used for any other Minor Draw entries (i.e. that entry will not rollover into any subsequent Minor Draws), and the entrant will need to make another Eligible Transaction / submit another Eligible Subscription if they wish to enter another Minor Draw. However, the entries will still roll over into the Major Draw (defined below). Any receipt number/Eligible Transaction/Eligible Subscription can only be used to enter by one individual (and cannot be used by any other person); (c) a valid subscription is limited to one subscription per person.
Entrants must retain their original Retravision purchase receipt(s) for all Eligible Transaction entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
Entrants must have proof of access to the email address specified on the entry for all Eligible Subscription entries as proof of entry. Failure to produce the proof of access for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to require each entrant to provide the proof that every entry they made was valid before awarding a prize. All winners are provisional until they present the original Retravision purchase receipt/s showing the Eligible Transaction OR until they present proof of access to the email address specified on the entry for all Eligible Subscription entries as proof of entry for every entry made by them.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, contact details and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the case that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by an entrant in the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by that entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that entrant from participation in any or all future promotions of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including all contact information, are correct and up to date when entering this promotion. It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide the Promoter with any updated personal information (that changes after entry submission). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter, Retravision and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
How winners will be determined and notified
There will be a draw conducted for the entries received each day from 13/12/2024 to 23/12/2024 (each a “Minor Draw”), for a total of eleven (11) Minor Draws. There will also be a major draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). Entries for each Minor Draw open each day at 12:00am and close at 11:59pm on the same day. Non-winning entries in each Minor Draw will be entered into any subsequent Minor Draw(s), and all entries received during the Promotional Period (including the Minor Draw winners) will be entered into the Major Draw.
Each Minor Draw will be conducted on the first business day after entries close for the relevant Minor Draw at 9:00am, with the first Minor Draw taking place on 14/12/2024 and the last Minor Draw taking place on 24/12/2024.The Major Draw will take place on 24/12/2024 at 1:00pm. All draws will take place at the Retravision Marketing Office, Suite 4/58 Walcott St, Mount Lawley WA 6050. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday in WA. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
All prize winners will be notified by phone and email within three (3) business days of the relevant prize draw. Winners last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Retravision website, within 30 days of the relevant draw.
If any prize(s) remain unclaimed by a provisional winner by 1:00pm on 24/03/2025, each such winner will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw (“Re-Draw”) at 9:00am on 24/03/2025 at Retravision Marketing Office, Suite 4/58 Walcott St, Mount Lawley WA 6050, subject to any direction from the relevant regulatory authorities. Any winner(s) in a Re-Draw will be notified in writing within three (3) business days of the Re-Draw and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published online within 30 days of the relevant draw. Any prizes awarded in the Re-Draw will be awarded in descending order of value.
