Win $5K Christmas Shopping Spree - Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is organised by Cockburn Gateway Shopping City of 816 Beeliar Drive, Success,
Western Australia 6164.
2. Information on how to take part and prize allocation form part of these terms and conditions.
3. The Win $5K Christmas Shopping Spree competition commences at 8:00am on 5 December 2024
and concludes at 6:00pm on 24 December 2024.
4. Participation is open to individuals over the age of 16 or under the supervision and with consent of
an adult.
5. Prior to entering the competition, it is assumed that all entrants have read and understood these
terms and conditions.
6. To enter, entrants must:
Be a Cockburn Gateway VIP Member:

Scan the signage in-centre, upload your receipt/s and complete the required form.
By completing the form, you are required to become Cockburn Gateway VIP Member. Existing VIPs
must complete the required form by scanning the signage in-centre. VIP Member Service terms can

7. Entrants can enter the competition daily upon qualifying spend, with different receipts from previous
entries. Each entry must be one $75 transaction only.
Date and Place of Draw
8. The winning draw will take place on Friday 27 December 2024 at Cockburn Gateway Shopping City
of 816 Beeliar Drive, Success, Western Australia 6164.
9. For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database.
The winner of this competition will be determined by random selection from that database using a
computerised selection tool or random number generator.
10. If an entry is incomplete, then this entry will be rejected as invalid and a redraw will take place.
11. The winner will be notified via email or mobile on Friday 27 December 2024.
12. If the promoter is unable to contact the winner by Friday 3 January 2025, then the winner forfeits
their prize and a redraw will take place.
13. The total prize pool consists of $5,000 worth of Cockburn Gateway gift cards. One (1) winner will
receive the prize pool. The prize can only be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or
modified, transferred to another person. Total prize pool is valued at $5,000 AUD.
14. The prize must be collected in person from the Information Desk (located opposite Best & Less) at
Cockburn Gateway Shopping City of 816 Beeliar Drive, Success, Western Australia 6164 upon
presentation of valid photo ID during Information Desk operating hours.
15. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City holds the right to re-schedule the competition if due to unforeseen
circumstances such as but not limited to government restrictions.
16. Cockburn Gateway, JLL and Perron Investments accept no responsibility for any loss or damage
resulting from the award, non-award or use of the prize, or from any variation in the value of the
prize.
17. The winning individual must adhere to these terms and conditions.
18. Employees of JLL, Perron Investments, retailers and contractors from Cockburn Gateway and their
immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible for entry.
19. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
20. Eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of entry and any decisions made by Centre
Management will be final. No other correspondence will be entered into.
21. Cockburn Gateway, JLL and Perron Investments shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
22. All entries become the property of Cockburn Gateway Shopping City. Cockburn Gateway Shopping
City may use the name, address and other personal information provided by the entrant. Details will
not be provided to a third party.
23. The Centre Manager’s (or a representative) decision will be final, and no discussions or
correspondence will be entered into.
