TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is Alice Plaza whose registered office is at 36 Todd Mall, Alice Springs
NT 0870.
2. The prize is 4 weekly $200 packs and one major prize of $500 Alice Plaza Voucher
Money in various denominations to be used at any Alice Plaza store.
The major prize also includes a wheelbarrow stocking hamper that will be on display in
the Alice Plaza.
3. The competition opens at 9am on Monday 25th November 2024 and closes at 12pm
Tuesday 24th December 2024.
4. The 4 weekly prize winners will be drawn at 5pm on Friday 29th November, Friday 6th
December, Friday 13th December and Friday 20th December.
The major prize will be drawn at 1pm on Tuesday 24th December 2024.
Winners will be notified at the time of the prize draw.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound
by these terms and conditions.
6. By entering this competition, you agree to receive information and marketing
communications via email or phone.
7. You have the right to unsubscribe from the Alice Plaza emails at any time via a link
provided at the bottom of all future email communications.
8. The content of the competition website entry pages is for your general information
and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
9. The competition is open to residents of Australia.
10. Employees of the Alice Plaza traders, employees and their close relatives and
anyone otherwise connected with the company or its partners in the delivery of the
competition are ineligible to enter.
11. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. Winners will be chosen by random by raffle.
13. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in
any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper
conduct of the competition.
14. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these
terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military
disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or
regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the
competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
17. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant
by any third party connected with this competition.
18. Alice Plaza Voucher money used at Smokemart cannot be used to purchase of
Tobacco Products, Tobacco Related Products, Smocking accessories, and Vape
products as they may be defined in any state or federal legislation.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law
and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
20. The prizes of Alice Plaza Voucher Money expire on Friday 28th February 2025, and are
not redeemable for cash.
