1. Promotion Name:
The promotion is called "HUNT IT FORWARD" (the “Competition”).
2. Promoter:
The promoter of this Competition is Hunters Element, based in New Zealand and Australia (the “Promoter”).
3. Entry Method:
To enter the Competition, participants must visit the official Hunters Element New Zealand or Australian website and follow the instructions to enter. Full entry instructions are available on the website.
4. Competition Period:
The Competition opens at 9:00am Wednesday 4th December 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM (NZT/AEST) on Tuesday, 28th January 2025. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
5. Eligibility:
The Competition is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. Winner Selection:
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be drawn after Tuesday, 28th January 2025.
7. Notification of Winner:
The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided in their entry by close of business on Wednesday, 29th January 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the notification email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Details:
The winner will receive a prize consisting of $1,000 worth of Hunters Element gear, provided in the form of a discount code redeemable on either the New Zealand or Australian Hunters Element website.
The discount code is valid for one-time use only.
The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be redeemed for any products other than those available on the specified website (NZ or AU).
The discount code must be used by a specified date and is subject to stock availability.
9. Consent to Use of Entry:
By entering the Competition, entrants grant the Promoter permission to share their "Hunt It Forward" entry story, including but not limited to text, images, and/or video, on the Promoter’s website and social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, and others). Entrants agree to be featured in future promotional content by the Promoter, without compensation.
10. General Terms:
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding.
By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from participation in the Competition or the use of the prize.
11. Privacy:
Personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which can be found on the official Hunters Element website.
12. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and Australia, as applicable. By entering this Competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
