Campaign Period
The "Dine and Win" campaign runs from November 6, 2024, until December 31, 2024. The grand prize draw will take place on December 31, 2024.
Eligibility
Entry is open to all AHEMG app members aged 18 and over.
Participants must have a valid AHEMG membership and scan their membership card with each qualifying purchase.
Staff members and immediate family of The Royal, Bellbird Hotel, and Huntlee Tavern are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter, app members must make a qualifying food purchase (excluding snacks and desserts) between 11 am and 9 pm at The Royal, Bellbird Hotel, or Huntlee Tavern.
Eligible purchases will generate a receipt, which participants must place in the designated prize barrel at each venue for entry into that venue’s weekly draw.
Each qualifying receipt serves as one entry into the weekly and grand prize draws.
Instant Win Feature
The instant win feature is available exclusively to AHEMG app members.
Each app member may play the instant win game once daily through the AHEMG app.
Instant win prizes include 50, 100, or 200 points.
Points won through the instant win feature are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Weekly Prize Draws
Each venue will conduct a weekly prize draw for 5,000 points (~$200 value).
Receipts placed in the venue’s prize barrel serve as entries for that venue’s weekly draw only.
Weekly draws will be conducted manually, and winners will be notified via their AHEMG app contact information.
Grand Prize Draw
All receipt entries placed in the prize barrels from November 6, 2024, through December 31, 2024, are eligible for the grand prize draw.
The grand prize consists of 30,000 points (~$1,200 value), and the winner will be drawn on December 31, 2024.
The grand prize draw will be conducted manually by head office, and the winner will be contacted via the AHEMG app contact information.
Prize Redemption
Points are redeemable at a rate of 25 points = $1 and can be used for purchases at The Royal, Bellbird Hotel, and Huntlee Tavern.
Prizes (points) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All points must be redeemed in accordance with AHEMG’s terms and conditions for point usage.
General Conditions
The campaign organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
If any prize is unavailable, the campaign organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent item of equal or greater value.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy
The personal information of participants will be collected and used in accordance with AHEMG’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the administration of the campaign and notification of winners.
Liability
The campaign organizer, its affiliates, and staff will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this campaign, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
