Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18.
Employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entry
The promotion commences on 8am on Thursday 26th December 2024 and entries close on Wednesday 1st January 2025 at 11.59pm. (Promotion period.)
To enter, participants must place an order via the Eadie Lifestyle website (eadielifestyle.com.au), and follow @eadie_lifestyle on Instagram.
Prizes and Winning
The winner selection will take place on Monday 13th January 2025 at 2/42 Riverside Drive, Mayfield West, NSW 2304.
The winner will be selected at random.
Winners will receive:
RRP $2000 worth of Eadie Lifestyle product
A 1 hour virtual styling session with Eadie Lifestyle CEO/Founder Trudie Cox
The Winner must accept the prize within 1 month after being drawn as the Winner. If the Winner does not accept the prize within 1 month after being drawn as the Winner, the Promoter may reallocate the prize in accordance with the prize conditions below.
In consideration of the Promoter awarding the prize to the Winner, the Winner:
consents to the Promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness, image, voice and entry in any marketing and promotion of the competition, the Promoter or the Promoter’s business;
agrees to use the prize in accordance with the supplier’s specified conditions and requirements;
agrees that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash; and
agrees to comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties
Prize Conditions
Winners will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.
To claim prize, winner will need to respond to Eadie Lifestyle's email via the same medium within fourteen days of email being sent.
Unclaimed prizes to be redrawn Friday 14th February, 2025.
Results will be published on Eadie Lifestyle's Instagram @eadie_lifestyle on Monday 13th January, 2025.
Unclaimed prizes will be drawn again and same notification terms will apply.
