The Moomoo AU OCT 2024 to JAN 2025 "Share your return & refer a friend for up to $2738* in rewards" Referral Rewards Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’, whereas the rewards issued in the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as "Referral Rewards") is a promotion offered by MOOMOO SECURITIES AUSTRALIA LTD, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 1701, Level 17, 570 George Street, Sydney (‘Moomoo AU’ or the ‘Promotor’). This Promotion is valid from 31 October 2024 at 21:00 AET to 20 January 2025 at 20:59 AEDT (the ‘Promotion Period’) and is available only to existing clients of Moomoo AU.

 
Eligibility

The Promotion is available only to existing clients (the "Referrer") of Moomoo AU with valid and active Moomoo AU Trading Account (the "Account").

For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions:

• A "Referral Link" means a unique link which is assigned to each Referrer, to be shared with their friends and families.

• A "Referred Friend" means an Australian resident over the age of 18, who:

• a) has never signed up a moomoo account; and

• b) successfully signs up & downloads the moomoo app via the Referrer's Referral Link

• A "Successful Referral" means each time a Referred Friend successfully signs up & downloads moomoo app via the Referrer's Referral Link and has completed respective actions pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

 
How it works

Share or copy your Referral Link with your friends and families and receive the following Referral Rewards for each Successful Referral you make, when your Referred Friend completes the corresponding actions:

    General Offer:

1.Referrer receives a $10 Cash Coupon for each Referred Friend who signs up, downloads & logs in to the moomoo app for the first time.

2.Referrer receives a $30 Cash Coupon for each Referred Friend who makes an initial deposit of minimum AUD $100 in their Moomoo AU trading account.

3.Referrer receives Stock Cash Coupons of $100 ($10 x 10 sets) for each Referred Friend who completes 5 US stock trades of any amount.

4.Technically, for each Referred Friend who completes all actions as set forth in the above 1 to 3, the Referrer can receive coupons (including Cash Coupon or Stock Cash Coupon) with a total value of $140.

5.Referrer receives 1 free Apple Share (NASDAQ: AAPL) and 3 additional free gift shares for referring 3 Referred Friend who sign up, download and log in to the moomoo app for the first time, successfully open their Moomoo AU trading accounts, and each completing an initial deposit of minimum AUD $500.
