4 Eligible States and Territories Promotion is open to Australian residents.
5 Eligible Entrants Individuals who sign up to the Crankworx Cairns e-newsletter and complete a response in 25 words or less outlining why they want to be at Crankworx Cairns 2025.Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and their immediate family are not permitted to enter.
6 How to Enter The Promotion will be run via the Crankworx Cairns webpage –

8 Number of Prizes One (1)
Travel Voucher subject to it’s own terms and conditions.
9 How many entries are permitted per Eligible Entrant? The entrant is permitted one (1) entry.One (1) form response is counted as one entry.
10 Judging The Promotion will close at 8:00pm AEST on 22 January 2025. One (1) valid entry will be selected from eligible entries. The responses will be judged by the AusCycling Limited team with one winner chosen. This promotion is a game of skill.The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11 How will winners be notified? (Notification) The winner will be contacted via email on the 23 January 2025 at 10:00am AEST.
12 Claiming Prize The winner must reply to the Promoter as instructed after receiving their winner notification with their full name, mobile phone number and email address so that the Promoter may arrange their Prize collection. After being contacted by the Promoter, the winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize.
13 What happens to unclaimed prizes? (Unclaimed Prizes) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Any prize is forfeited if the winner does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of being notified. An alternate winner will not be selected.
Terms and Conditions
By entering into the Promotion, the entrant has accepted the AusCycling Limited and Terms and Conditions. Only valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional period.
This Promotion is being fully promoted and managed by AusCycling Limited, a licensee of Crankworx Events, Inc. and Crankworx Events, Inc. is not liable where they have limited their own liability.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
By entering the promotion, entrants’ consent to being contacted by AusCycling Limited.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the Prize or conditions that are inherent to the Promotion, the prize will not be awarded.
Festival passes apply to the 2025 event only and carry their own conditions.
Rydges Esplanade Resort Cairns accommodation is subject to it’s own terms and conditions.
Reef Unlimited Day Trips are subject to their own terms and conditions.
The Prize will only be awarded to the named Eligible Entrant as per the Judging Details set out in section 10. No correspondence will be entered into.
Failure by AusCycling Limited to enforce any of its rights under these Terms & Conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, AusCycling Limited, Crankworx Events, Inc. and any person in connection with this Promotion is not liable where they have limited their own liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage whatsoever suffered or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with:
Participation in this Promotion
The Prize or use of the Prize;
and the administration of this Promotion
If this Promotion is unable to be run as planned for any reason, AusCycling Limited and Crankworx Events, Inc. reserves the right in their discretion to cancel or amend this Promotion.
AusCycling Limited and Crankworx Events, Inc. take no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, Acts of God or otherwise.
You consent to the Promoter collecting your Personal Information in order to conduct the Promotion. You also consent to the Promotor, for this purpose, disclosing such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers. Entry is conditional on providing this Personal Information.
