Eligibility:
– Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the prize draws.
– The survey must be completed in full to be eligible for entry.
– Only one entry per person, per survey is allowed for the weekly prize. Grand prize entries are cumulative.
– All survey responses must be legible and constructive. Incomplete, unclear, or non-constructive responses will be deemed invalid and not eligible for entry into the prize draws.
Prize Draws:
– Weekly Draws: One winner will be selected randomly each week from all valid survey completions within that week. Winners will be notified via email and announced on socials.
– Grand Prize Draw: All valid entries submitted during the campaign period will be entered into the grand prize draw, which will take place on Friday, 4 April 2025. The grand prize consists of a contribution toward household expenses (electricity, water, or gas bills), to be used at the winner’s discretion, to the value of $3,500.
Winner Notification:
– Winners of the weekly draws will be notified by the end of the week via email. They must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
– The grand prize winner will be notified via email on Friday 4 April, 2025. The winner has until Friday 11 April, 2025 to respond/claim their prize.
Prize Collection:
– Weekly prizes (Woolworths Gift Cards) will be distributed securely via email or in person at the Centre.
– The grand prize will be awarded as a reimbursement for electricity, water, or gas bills, to be used at the winner’s discretion, and paid directly into the winner’s nominated account.
Privacy:
– All customer data will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of the campaign.
– Participants will be given the option to opt in to future marketing communications from the Centre.
General Terms:
– The campaign promoter reserves the right to modify the T&Cs or cancel the campaign if necessary.
– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
– By participating in the survey, entrants agree to the use of their responses for marketing and analysis purposes by the Centre.
