RSPCA Op Shop – Easter Social Media Competition
These terms & conditions apply to the RSPCA SA Easter Social Media Competition (Competition) which is run across all RSPCA SA Op Shops across South Australia from 1 April to 31 April 2025.
Instructions and information on how to enter the Competition form part of these terms and conditions, and entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person who enters.
Eligibility and Restrictions
Entry in the Competition is open to Australian residents.
How to Enter
To enter the Competition, you must:
Share a photo of your RSPCA SA Op Shop purchase or Easter egg find on Instagram or Facebook within the Competition dates Tag the RSPCA SA Op Shop page using the tags below:
Facebook – @RSPCA South Australia Op Shops
Instagram – @rspcasaopshops
You can enter the Competition between 8am 1 April 2025 and 10:00pm on 31 April 2025.
RSPCA SA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by RSPCA SA to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Prizes
1 successful entrant will receive an RSPCA SA Op Shop voucher (valued at $200).
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, RSPCA SA reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier of the prize or RSPCA SA, including but not limited to, validity and expiration periods.
The prize must be collected from RSPCA SA located at 9a Majors Road, O’Halloran Hill or address information must be provided in order for the prize to be posted.
Draw
The winner for each prize will be drawn at 9am 9 May 2025 at RSPCA SA – 9a Majors Road, O’Halloran Hill.
Each winner will be selected at random, and each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
Each winner will be notified by social media. RSPCA SA will not be obliged to enter into any further correspondence with a winner.
Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize via social media response within 15 days of being notified. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited and a re-draw at the same place as the first draw will take place until the prize is claimed.
All non-winning entries from the original draw will be included in each re-draw.
