Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable). Calling in and speaking to Promoter For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be awarded a Prize (where applicable). 10. Prize Clauses 8 – 15 There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of: • Two (2) x tickets to MJ The Musical at the Sydney Lyric Theatre (55 Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont, NSW 2009) the date of the show to be confirmed by the Promoter at the time of winning (Event), with each ticket valued at up to AUD $200 (incl. GST); • One (1) x AUD $300 Hotel.com voucher, valued at AUD $300 (incl. GST); • One (1) x AUD $150 Sydney Restaurant voucher, valued at AUD $150 (incl. GST); The Prize is valued at up to AUD $850 (incl. GST). Domestic Travel Prize If the Prize winner ordinary resides in VIC, SA, QLD & WA, the Prize winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into NSW as required to attend the Event. A Prize winner will not be awarded the Domestic Travel Prize if their ordinary state of residence is in NSW. The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following: • Two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state they ordinarily reside to Sydney, New South Wales (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) each valued at up to AUD $500 (incl. GST); It is the Domestic Travel Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. The Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,000 (incl. GST). 12. Prize Restrictions Clauses 8 - 15 Prize must be taken on specific dates Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date and at the location of the Event, as advised by the Promoter at the time of winning (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion). Event Cancellation In the event the Event is cancelled, or any part of the Event is cancelled or not provided by the Prize Supplier, no alternative Prize will be provided for the Event component of the Prize. Dates are subject to change Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by the Event organiser for any reason. Non-Transferable or Exchangeable For the avoidance of doubt, the time and date of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. COVID-19 In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
