1. This “Only The Best FLOWERS for Mum” (“Competition”) is promoted by Best&Less Pty Limited (ABN 29 003 724 696) (“Best&Less”). Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility – To be eligible to participate you enter the competition via the form. You must be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older and you must not be an employee, contractor, agent or otherwise affiliated with Best&Less or connected to the Competition in any way. Entry into the competition is free (however Best&Less is not liable for any costs incurred by you in entering this Competition).
3. How to enter:
Participants must enter their details into the competition form.
4. Key dates - The opening date for the Competition is Tuesday 22nd April 2025 9:00 AEST and the closing date is Friday 9th May 2025 12:00AM AEST. All entries must be received by Best&Less within the Competition Period and Best&Less will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. Prize – There will be eight prizes to be won during the Competition. The Prize will consist of twelve (12) bouquets of flowers delivered once every month for twelve (12) months valued at $85 each month ($1020 over the year) for NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, WA, ACT and TAS winners, $100 each month ($1200 over the year) for NT winner. Prize(s) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
6. Winner selection – The Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The draw will take place on Monday 12th May 2025 10:00AM AEST at Level 4, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes NSW 2138 and will be drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period. The Winner will be notified by email and/or phone by Monday 12th May 2025 2:00PM AEST. The Winners will be published on our website and social media on Monday 12th May 2025. The prize must be claimed by Thursday 15th May 2025 12:00PM AEST If the prize is not claimed by this date, an unclaimed prize draw will be carried out on Thursday 15th May 2025 2:00PM AEST. If any person first chosen as a Winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected as a replacement
