5 Eligible Entrants Individuals who purchase Festival tickets (excludes premium passes and premium upgrades) during the promotional period using the discount code will go in the draw. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and their immediate family are not permitted to enter.

9 How many entries are permitted per Eligible Entrant? The entrant is permitted one (1) entry.
10 Judging The Promotion will close at 11:59pm AEST on 11 May 2025. This promotion is a game of chance. A random draw will select the winner. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11 How will winners be notified? (Notification) The winner will be contacted via email on the 12 May 2025..
12 Claiming Prize The winner must reply to the Promoter as instructed after receiving their winner notification with their full name, mobile phone number and email address so that the Promoter may arrange their Prize collection. After being contacted by the Promoter, the winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize.
13 What happens to unclaimed prizes? (Unclaimed Prizes) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Any prize is forfeited if the winner does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of being notified. An alternate winner will not be selected.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the Prize or conditions that are inherent to the Promotion, the prize will not be awarded.

The Prize will only be awarded to the named Eligible Entrant as per the Judging Details set out in section 10. No correspondence will be entered into.
