Purchase any Participating Product (defined below) from any IGA, Supa IGA, IGA X-Press, Drakes,
Foodworks, Foodland, Supa Value, Romeos, Friendly Grocer, Campbells or any other independent grocery
retailer that has Cash for Clubs communication merchandised within Australia during the Promotion Period
(“Qualifying Transaction”) and obtain their purchase receipt. If a receipt is not handed to the individual, it is
their responsibility to request one from a staff member;

www.cashforlocalclubs.com.au or scan the QR code on promotional materials in-store,
following the prompts to the entry page and inputting the requested details (including but not limited to full
name, a valid email address and mobile number) and upload a photo or scanned copy of their purchase
receipt for the Qualifying Transaction purchased in accordance with the above requirements.
Participating Products: All Products from the following participating brands - Smith’s, Doritos, Twisties, Red Rock
Deli (excluding dips), Nobby’s, Popcorners, Lays, Cheetos, Solo, Schweppes, Gatorade, Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Mountain
Dew, Fast Twitch and Lipton (“Participating Brands”).
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase and submit this upon entry. The proof of purchase
required is an original receipt for the Qualifying Transaction. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify: (a) the store of
purchase as a participating store; (b) the required product/s to be purchased for entry; and (c) that the purchase was
made during the Promotion Period and prior to entry. Scanned copy or photo uploaded upon entry must clearly
specify proof of purchase or the entry may not be deemed valid. Failure to provide the proof of purchase as set out
for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of that
entrant’s entries.
Maximum Number of Entries:
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
a. maximum of five (5) entries per person in one (1) day
b. subject to c) below, limit of one (1) entry permitted per Participating Product purchased in accordance with the above
c. maximum of five (5) entries permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Participating Products in excess of five (5) purchased within the transaction); and
d. each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry requirements in this Schedule and Terms of Entry.
Prize: Each Prize consists of:
1 x Virtual Visa Gift Card loaded with $500AUD (“Winner Prize”) and $500AUD awarded to the Winner’s nominated Local Club (“Club Prize”).
The Virtual Visa Gift Card (‘Card’) is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 (‘Heritage’) pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Prize Eligibility: The nominated Local Club must be a professional, sporting or networking club or community association and any prize must go towards enhancing the position of the Local Club within the community, with no connection to:
● alcohol or gambling themes;
● tobacco products;
● firearms, antique firearms and ammunition;
● dangerous articles and prohibited weapons;
● cosmetic surgery or other similar medical or surgical procedures where the main purpose is improving
personal appearance;
● goods or services that are illegal to sell in Australia; and
● any other theme deemed inappropriate by PepsiCo.

Total Number of Prizes: 57 x Prizes awarded instantly at random times, being 1 Prize available to be won on each

Notification of Winners: Entrants will find out instantly if they’re a provisional winner (message revealed on screen) and will be sent an email to the nominated email address in their entry.
