Witchery members who download and log into the Witchery App and add items to their wishlist from 12.00am AEST Tuesday 22 April 2025 until 23.59 AEDST Tuesday 6 May 2025 will be in with a chance to win 1 of 5 $500 Witchery gift vouchers (“Prize”). The value of each Prize is AUD$500. The Witchery App is only available for download in Australia. The gift card is redeemable online at www.witchery.com.au or in Witchery stores in Australia. It can be used to pay for purchases up to the value of the gift card or above the value, in which case the Winner needs to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. The gift card can be partially redeemed, however no monetary change will be issued. Within the validity period of the gift card, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating store, however, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry. The gift card is valid for 3 years following the date of issue. Five Winners will be drawn at random at the offices of Witchery Fashions Pty Ltd located at 572 Swan St, Burnley 3196 Victoria on Tuesday 13 May 2025 17.00pm AEST and notified via email Tuesday 20 May 2025 17.00pm AEST. Each winner will have one week to claim their prize (by Friday 276th June 2025) otherwise a new winner will be drawn and contacted on Friday . This process repeats until we have 5 winners. The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a new winner if a Winner cannot be contacted within one week of a draw or if the Prize cannot be redeemed by a Winner. This new Winner will be appointed by conducting a second draw of the eligible Entries for that same calendar month as the original draw, taking place in the same manner and at the same premises as the initial draw on a date to be determined by the Promoter. The new Winner will be contacted and the Prize will be delivered in the same manner as the original draw. The Prize will be delivered to the Winners within one month of receiving their details. The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted. All Prize draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if a Winner is unable to use the Prize. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.
