TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is ALDI Stores (A Limited Partnership) (ABN 90 196 565 019) of 1 Sargents Road, Minchinbury, NSW 2770, telephone 13 25 34 (“Promoter”).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (excluding TAS and NT).
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Entries into the promotion open on 12/05/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 22/06/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, in a single transaction, spend $30 in any ALDI store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically handed to the entrant at the time the Qualifying Transaction was completed, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request one. Entries are unlimited but individuals must have a valid receipt for each entry. For clarity, one (1) entry will be awarded into the draw for each $30 spent in a Qualifying Transaction. If there are multiple entries on one receipt, only one (1) receipt needs to be uploaded. For example, if a receipt with three (3) Qualifying Transactions is uploaded, the entrant is only required to upload the receipt once to receive three (3) entries into the draw.
7. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit win.aldi.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, email, postcode, date of birth and phone number (optional)), upload a copy of their purchase receipt detailing the Qualifiying Transaction(s), and submit the online entry form.
8. Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).
9. Entrants must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase is an original receipt for the Qualifying Transaction(s).
10. Entrants agree that by submitting an entry into this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to use (and publish) their first initial, last name, State and postcode in accordance with clause 14. In addition to any use outlined in clause 35, the entrant will also have the opportunity to opt-in at the time of entry to receive the ALDI newsletters and agree to ALDI using their data for email marketing purposes for other ALDI brands, including, but not limited to, ALDI Holidays.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights at any stage. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. There will be one (1) prize winner per seven (7) day period (“Weekly Draw”) throughout the Promotion Period outlined in clause 5. In total, six (6) Weekly Draws will be conducted for this promotion. Each Weekly Draw is a game of chance selection from entrants for that week or any non-winning entrants from a previous week (starting at 12:00am AEST Monday and ending on the following Sunday at 11:59pm AEST). The schedule below details the specific dates. The Weekly Draws will take place at 10:00am AEST at KO Group Suite 251/ 10-20 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121 within one (1) day of each seven (7) day draw period having concluded throughout the promotion period. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in the case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Prize winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of each Weekly Draw. Prize winners will be published (first initial, last name, State and postcode) online at win.aldi.com.au and aldi.com.au/competitions by the publication dates specified in the schedule below.
