Who May Enter Financial Toronto Workers Club Group Members. This excludes members who have been
suspended & members who have been excluded.
Staff, Management & Directors of Toronto Workers Club, Toronto Golf Club & Elements of
Toronto are not permitted to participate or enter into barrel drawn promotions. These
entries will be deemed invalid.
Any entries drawn that are deemed invalid will result in a re-draw. Invalid entries include:
• Staff, Directors & Management of Toronto Workers Club, Toronto Golf Club &
Elements of Toronto
• Unfinancial Member Numbers
• Financial Member Numbers who are now deceased
• Members who have been suspended or excluded
• Number drawn is not an assigned membership number
How to Enter Financial members of Toronto Workers Club Group will receive 1 automatic entry into the
virtual barrel draw via Senpos upon swiping their membership card with every beverage
purchase at the Main Bar or RISE Bar (excluding takeaway transactions) during the ‘State of
Origin Promotion’ dates & times (shown below) and limited to 1 entry per draw.
• Thursday 1st May 2025 7.30pm till 9.30pm
• Thursday 15th May 2025 7.30pm till 9.30pm
• Wednesday 28th May 2025 7.30pm till 9.30pm
• Thursday 29th May 2025 7.30pm till 9.30pm
• Wednesday 18th June 2025 7.30pm till 9.30pm
How to Win The 2 draws will be conducted at the premises of Toronto Workers Club, 9 James Street,
Toronto NSW 2283.
The winner(s) will be drawn randomly out of a virtual barrel via our POS system at 5PM on
Saturday 28th June 2025. The membership number drawn will be displayed on selected
televisions within the club and announced via microphone.
The winner must be inside the Toronto Workers Club building at the time of the draw to be
eligible to claim the prize.
The winner will have a maximum of four (4) minutes to present to the host.
In the event that the drawn winner has not presented to the host at the end of the four-
minute time frame a redraw for a new winner will take place. This process will continue until
a winner is present and able to participate in the promotion.
Winner must be verified by producing a valid financial Membership card & government
issued identification to participate and claim their prize.
Winner’s details will be recorded on club reconciliation sheets.

General Terms & Conditions Draw details will be recorded on a dedicated reconciliation sheet and winner must sign for
prize collection.
The club takes no responsibility for lost entries, including any system errors that may occur
during the promotional period.
Decisions of Club Management are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. To the
extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no
provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Toronto
Workers Club Group reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue
and absolute discretion will be final and binding.
Participation in the promotion confirms full acceptance of terms and conditions governing
the promotion.
