Terms and Conditions
The promoter of this competition is National Storage (Operations) Pty Ltd (“National Storage”), Level 16 Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
2. Eligibility:
The Draw One Prize and Draw Three Prize competitions are open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. A parent or guardian may enter on behalf of a minor. The Draw Two Prize competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged between six (6) and 12 years. A parent or guardian must apply on behalf of a minor. Employees of National Storage, Richmond Football Club, or associated partners are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter, entrants must complete and submit an online competition entry form during the Competition Period
Only one (1) entry is allowed per person. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Prize Details:
One (1) winner will be randomly drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on the following dates:
Monday, 12th of May 2025 (Draw One)
Monday, 16th of June 2025 (Draw Two)
Monday, 28th of July 2025 (Draw Three)

National Storage will send the Draw One Prize to the winner’s nominated address (located within Australia or New Zealand) within 30 days, subject to availability. National Storage will liaise with the Richmond Football Club to facilitate the Junior Mascot Experience for the winner of the Draw Two Prize. National Storage will liaise with the Richmond Football Club to facilitate the Coin Toss Experience for the winner of the Draw Three Prize. No part of Draw One Prize, Draw Two Prize or Draw Three Prize is transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or any other prize.
5. Winner Notification
The winners will be announced on National Storage’s website and contacted via email. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, National Storage reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
a) National Storage reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions.
b) National Storage is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or additional costs incurred by the winner in relation to claiming or using the prize.
c) If the prize cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond National Storage’s control or the winner is unwilling to accept the prize, no cash alternative or replacement prize will be offered.
7. Privacy
By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from National Storage. These emails include an ability to opt-out. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with National Storage’s privacy policy (accessible here).
If you are the winner, you agree to National Storage publishing your name for the purpose of promoting this competition.
8. Limitation of Liability
National Storage will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the competition or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
