TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 3 carat diamond ring GIVEAWAY PROMOTION
1. Eligibility- This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Culet Jewellery Pty Ltd, their immediate family members, and any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.
2. Prize - The prize consists of 1x IGI certified 3-carat labgrown diamond solitaire ring, E colour, Vs2 clarity, set in platinum with an approximate retail value of $4,990 AUD. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3. How to Enter - Participants can gain an enrty with the following steps :1x Entry – Sign up for our mailing list, 2-like the giveaway post, 3 follow our official Instagram account (@culetjewellery). 4-Tag someone in the comments who you believe deserves to win or whom you would like to win this prize.
How to gain 50x entries - purchase anything from Culet Jewellery before the end of June 2025
Each participant may earn a maximum of fifty one (51) entries. Multiple comments tagging the same person will not count as additional entries.
4. Giveaway Period - The giveaway begins on 20 May 2025 and ends on 30st June 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries received after this period will not be considered.5. Winner Selection and NotificationThe winner will be randomly selected using wheelofnames.com from all eligible entries and announced via Instagram Stories on Friday 11th July 2025. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If unclaimed, a new winner will be selected.
6. Delivery of Prize - The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address at no cost. Culet Jewellery Pty Ltd is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery.The winner is welcome to come into the design suite to design the ring, and chose the diamond from one of our online inventory.
7. General Terms - By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that they have read and understood them.Culet Jewellery Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.The winner’s name will be published on our website and social media accounts.
