TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Customers may enter via the QR Code found on in-Centre signage or by completing the online form on The Village Centre’s official ‘Sign Up & Win’ competition posts.
2. The competition commences at 10.00am on Wednesday 21 May 2025. The competition will close on Wednesday 18 June at 10.00am.
3. Prize pool consist of four (4) Woolworths Metro Gift Vouchers, valued at $100, $200, $300 and $400.
4. The total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
5. The weekly prize will be drawn on the following dates. One (1) entrant drawn each week.
a. $100 Woolworths Metro Gift Voucher drawn on Wednesday 28 May
b. $200 Woolworths Metro Gift Voucher drawn on Wednesday 4 June
c. $300 Woolworths Metro Gift Voucher drawn on Wednesday 11 June
d. $400 Woolworths Metro Gift Voucher drawn on Wednesday 18 June
6. The winners will be notified by telephone including instructions for prize collection from YOZO Froyo.
7. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter.
8. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of The Village Centre
• Employees of tenants of The Village Centre
• Contractors of The Village Centre and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
9. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. Thewinneragreestohavetheirnameusedforadvertisingpurposes.
11. ThecompetitionwillbedrawnatrandombyarepresentativeofCentreManagement,whosedecisionwillbefinal,andno correspondence will be entered into.

13. Allentryformsremainthepropertyofthepromoteratalltimes.Inlodginganentry,allentrantsconsenttotheirnames
being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the circumstances.
14. Thepromoterexpresslydisclaimsanyresponsibilityorliabilitywhatsoeverforinjuryorlosstoanypersonorpropertyrelating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.

IfthePromoterreasonablysuspectsthatadrawnEntrantorWinnerisnoteligible,hasbreachedtheseTermsandConditions, or has acted improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to that drawn Entrant or Winner and conduct a re-draw for the Prize that the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have
18.Everyreasonableeffortwillbemadetocontactthewinner,howeverifthewinnerisnotreachablewithin48hours,theprize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
