Eligible entrants: Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the
Promotional Period:
a) purchase any specially marked case of Tooheys (“Promotional Carton”), to share, from
any store within Australia which sells the Promotional Carton (includes their respective
online stores) (“Participating Store”); and
b) visit ifeellikeatooheys.com.au (or scan the QR code found on the Promotional Carton),
follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the
online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address,
mobile number, date of birth and postcode), the details of their purchase (the date and
Participating Store), the unique code found on the Promotional Carton and (optional) if
applicable, select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter.
Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to
verification.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase
required is the unique code featured within the Promotional Carton.
Entries permitted: Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) limit one (1) entry permitted per Promotional Carton purchase;
b) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day
c) maximum of five (5) entries permitted per person throughout the Promotional Period;
d) only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted;
e) the same unique code cannot be used more than once;
f) unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid;
and
g) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions
above

Prize Conditions: 2025 Ampol State of Origin Tickets Prize Conditions:
● This prize is for or relates to the 2025 Ampol State of Origin Game III at Accor Stadium
on 09/07/25 (the “Event”). Tickets will be delivered in the days leading up to the Event.
If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend at the designated time for the Event, they
forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
● The Event tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions,
including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby
expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companion for any
inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in
any element of the prize.
● All costs associated with travel to and from the Event will be the responsibility of the
winner and their guest for the prize.
Instant Prize 9 Prize Conditions:
The prize awarded will be based on the Participating Store of entry as outlined below*:
● Dan Murphys or BWS: The prize is a $10 Dan Murphy’s/BWS voucher, redeemable for
any Tooheys Ultra product (valid until 31/08/25).
● Cellarbrations, IGA Liquor, Porters Liquor, The Bottle-O, Thirsty Camel or Big Bargains:
The prize is a $10 Tooheys Digital Prepaid Gift Card.
● NT residents and all other retailers (not mentioned in the above): The prize is a $10
Digital Vault Prepaid Mastercard.
*Prizes are only redeemable at the same Participating Store of entry.
Gift Card/Voucher Prize Conditions:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card/voucher are not included. Any
unused balance of a gift card/voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift
card/voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified
on a gift card/voucher.
Toohey’s Digital Prepaid Gift Card (Prize
Digital Vault Prepaid Mastercard (Prize 9) and
Adidas Digital Prepaid Gift Card (Prizes 6 & 7) Conditions:
● Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Toohey’s Digital Prepaid Gift Card,
Digital Vault Prepaid Mastercard or Adidas Digital Prepaid Gift Card (each a “Card”) are
not included. The Card must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12
months after activation. At expiry of the Card any unused balance will be forfeited.
Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be
found on your mobile device in the Vault App. The Card is issued by EML Payment

Winner notification: Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to
verification.
Instant Prizes 1 and 2 winners will be published at ifeellikeatooheys.com.au by 09/06/25
and 02/08/25 (respectively).
Unclaimed Prizes: Instant Prize 1 must be claimed by 24/06/25 at 12:00 pm AEST. In the event of an unclaimed
Instant Prize 1, the prize(s) will be drawn on 25/06/25 at 01:00 pm AEST at Pilgrim
Communications, 51A/23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040. The winner will be notified
by email and phone within 2 days of the draw, and will be published at
ifeellikeatooheys.com.au by 27/06/25.
All other instant prizes (excludes Instant Prize 1) must be claimed by 29/08/25 12:00pm
AEST. In the event of an unclaimed Instant Prize, the prize(s) will be drawn on 04/09/25
12:00pm AEST at Pilgrim Communications, 51A/23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
The winner(s) will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the
corresponding draw, and will be published at ifeellikeatooheys.com.au by 08/09/25.
1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the
Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these
Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be
received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the
Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Stores, agencies/companies directly associated with
the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses
involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors,
suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate
family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother,
step-sister or 1st cousin.
