The Soundtheory Gullfoss Giveaway is open worldwide to those who sign up at [Gleam.io URL to be confirmed]. It is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Puremix.com (the "Sponsor"), Soundtheory, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules
By entering, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the giveaway.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST, and ends on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at [Gleam.io URL to be confirmed]. Entries must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of award. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified within 7 days via the email provided at entry.
The Sponsor shall not be liable for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam filters, junk folders, or incorrect contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any rule violation by a winner, at the Sponsor’s discretion, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Rights Granted by the Entrant
By entering this giveaway, You agree that the Sponsor may use your entry, name, image, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, unless prohibited by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to any cause beyond its control. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Puremix.com, Soundtheory, and their affiliates, advertising agencies, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or claim arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or misuse of any prize.
Disputes
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a U.S. court.
