Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 18 years of age or over.
If under 21 years of age, that entrant must be accompanied by a parent/guardian 21 years of age or over when using the Prize.

Maximum Number of Entries

One (1) entry per entrant, per day during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
a) the Promoter, in their sole and absolute discretion, will play an audio cue-to-call;
b) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 when they hear the audio cue-to-call (to be decided in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);
c) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to twenty-five (25) entrants will be selected by the Promoter throughout the Promotion Period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and be invited to appear on-air to participate in the On-Air Challenge
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
d) The Promoter will have two pre-determined holiday destinations (Holiday Destinations);
e) The Promoter will invite a Selected Entrant to appear on-air inn the relevant contesting spot;
f) Representatives of the Promoter will say the two Holiday Destinations and ask the Selected
Entrant to choose one (1) within a specified time period (as specified by the Promoter at the time of contesting);
g) The specified time will conclude by a detonating audio sound effect;
h) If the Selected Entrant has selected and said their preferred Holiday Destination (Preferred Holiday Destination) to the On-Air Announcers before the conclusion of specified time, they will be placed in the Draw (as specified by the Promoter at the time of contesting);
i) If the Selected Entrant does not select and/or state their preferred Holiday Destination to the On-Air Announcers before the end of the specified time, they will not be placed in the draw and they will be disqualified from the Promotion
There will be up to twenty-five (25) Selected Entrants placed into the Draw.
Prize Draw and Answer a Call Live On-Air
In accordance with the Draw Details below:
j) The Promoter will conduct the Draw and contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first (Drawn Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
k) if the Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed the Prize Winner and awarded the Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
l) if the Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
m) this process will be repeated until a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (b) above.
There will be one (1) Drawn Entrant deemed a winner and awarded the Prize.
10.
Entry Restrictions
Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Between 8:00am and 9:00am AEST Friday 4 July 2025
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
11.
Draw Details

One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• At 8:30am AEST Friday 4 July 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entry drawn will be invited to appear on-air to be awarded the Prize.
12.
Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• One (1) x Travel Prize valued at up to AUD $20,000 (incl GST) (Travel Prize) to be shared by a winner and one (1) companion (to be selected by the winner and approved by the Promoter). The Travel Prize will consist of return airfares to the Preferred Holiday Destination, accommodation, and at least one (1) experience and/or activity. Details of the Travel Prize will be specified by the Promoter within fourteen days of the Notification of Winners (Travel Prize Details).
The Travel Prize will reflect the Preferred Holiday Destination provided by the Promoter in the On-Air Challenge.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will provide the Travel Prize Details, in written form, to the winner within fourteen (14) days of the Notification of Winners.
13.
Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the dates specified by the Promoter or Prize Supplier upon Prize Delivery. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Valid Australian Passport is required
Entrants and their companion/s must be the holder of a current Australian passport with at least 6 months validity.
Visa and Travel Insurance
Entrants and their companion/s are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas to travel.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
No Transfer Component
It is the Prize winner and their companion’s responsibility to make arrangements for all transport. There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize, unless specified otherwise by the Promoter.
COVID-19
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Cancellation
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
Travel and Visa Requirements
The Prize winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements of the travel destination (and re-entry into Australia), including obtaining any visas.
The Promoter will not be providing advice on eligibility to travel.
If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the relevant country, the winner may forfeit the travel voucher and concert tickets component of the Prize, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
Passport and Travel Insurance
The winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) are responsible for obtaining all necessary valid travel insurance, documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and visas, if required) and any vaccinations. The winner should consult the Embassy or Consulate of that jurisdiction for up-to-date information to ensure they can obtain the required visa prior to travel, in order to accept the travel voucher component of the Prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the relevant country, the winner may forfeit the travel voucher and concert tickets component of the Prize, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST Friday 5 September 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
20.
Additional Conditions
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation
costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST).
