12. By completing an online sleep assessment or registering for a survey, you are deemed to

13. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. All additional
costs associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
14. If we cannot conduct this offer as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our
control, we reserve the right, to the full extent permitted by law, to (a) disqualify any claimant;

All prizes are subject to availability per clause 17 of the General terms above. Resmed will attempt to provide winners with an equivalent substitute product if one of the prizes is unavailable.
Internal Use
Date, time and place of draw
The draw will be conducted at the following date and time:
• Online Sleep Assessment Lucky Draw: 11:00AM AEST, 11 July 2025

Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd (TPAL) Level 2, 11 York St,
Sydney NSW 2000
Customers do not need to be present to claim their prize.
Method of determining the winner
Once a winner has been selected, that entry will be removed from the draw and will not be eligible for other prizes or promotions run by the promotor in conenction with the British and Irish Lions Tour.
The prize draw will be conducted by Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd (TPAL). The winners of each prize will be drawn via TPAL Electonic Drawing System (Approval number 1224), an electronic system that will randomly select winners from the promotion entry pool.
Notification of results
The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days from the date of the draw. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the draw the promoter may choose to reallocate the prize, without notice, to another registrant via another redraw. The prize will be posted or emailed to the winner within 28 days of notification.
The name of the winner will be published online on the sleepvantage website within 7 days of the draw for each specific draw for a minimum period of 28 days.
Exclusion of Liability
The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion will be final
The promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions
The promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with registrants or their representatives in matters relating to the promotion
A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied
Where applicable, a winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Further draw
Resmed shall conduct a further draw if any prize is unclaimed within 7 days of the draw (by 11:00am AEST 18 July 2025) or returned to Resmed from the original draw. This further draw will be conducted at TPAL Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000 at 1:00 PM AEST on 18 July 2025. The draw will be held in the same manner and method as the original draw.
The winner of the further draw will be notified via phone or email within 2 business days of the redraw. The prize will be provided to the winner within 28 days of notification.
