Competition opens on 07/07/25 at 5:30am AEST.
Competition closes on 10/07/25 at 11:00am AEST.
There will be five (5) rounds of judging for this promotion (Round). 04/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 1, on 07/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 2, on 08/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 3, on 09/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 4 and on 10/07/25 from 11:05am AEST.
Non-winning entries in each Round will be entered into subsequent round.
TERMS:
Open to Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions and can attend a virtual call with the Promoter from 07/07/2025 - 11/07/2025 (Entrants).
To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit online and follow the prompts to the promotion entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question, “Why would you like to play Shopping at Karl’s?”; and 4. Submit the fully completed entry form.

Winner Determination
Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Quiz Participant Selection
To determine the Entrants who will participate in the Quiz for the chance to win a prize, there will be five (5) rounds of judging for this promotion (Round). Entries into Round 1 open at 5:30am AEST on 04/07/25 and close at 11:00am AEST on 04/07/25, entries into Round 2 open at 5:30am AEST on 07/07/25 and close at 11:00am AEST on 07/07/25, entries into Round 3 open at 5:30am AEST on 08/07/25 and close at 11:00am AEST on 08/07/25 and entries into Round 4 open at 5:30am AEST on 09/07/25 and close at 11:00am AEST on 09/07/25 and entries into Round 5 open at 5:30am AEST on 10/07/25 and close at 11:00am AEST on 10/07/25. All rounds of judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on 04/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 1, on 07/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 2, on 08/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 3 and on 09/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 4 and on 10/07/25 from 11:05am AEST for Round 5. The Winners will be the Entrant in each Round who has most creatively answered the promotional question applicable to that Round. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant. Non-winning entries in each Round will be carried over into subsequent Rounds.
As soon as each round of judging has been completed (i.e. on the same date), the Promoter will immediately phone the Entrant who submitted the best entry for that round to participate in the next round of the Quiz via virtual call. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact the Entrant after three (3) attempts of calling, that Entrant will forfeit their opportunity to participate in the Quiz, and so on until a valid Entrant is able to participate in the Quiz.
Each Winner will be invited to participate in a quiz the following business day after they are determined (“Quiz”), to take place on a live on-air broadcast of the Today Show (“Program”). It is a condition of accepting the Prize that each Winner agrees to participate in the Quiz on a Program. Round 1 Winner will participate during the Program on 07/07/25, Round 2 Winner will participate during the Program on 08/07/25, Round 3 Winner will participate during the Program on 09/07/25 and Round 4 Winner will participate during the Program on 10/07/25 and Round 5 Winner will participate during the Program on 11/07/25.
In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact the Winner before the start of the Quiz, a representative of the Promoter will participate in the Quiz on that Winner’s behalf.
At the start of the Quiz the Promoter will present the Winner with five (5) items (“Prizes”). The five (5) Prizes presented at the start of the Quiz will be selected at the Promoters discretion. The Winner will need to correctly order these Prizes from least expensive to most expensive. The number of Prizes the Winner will win depends on the amount of Prizes they can correctly order from least expensive to most expensive, as follows:
● Zero (0) correct answers: two (2) prizes
● One (1) correct answer: two (2) prizes
● Two (2) correct answers: two (2) prizes
● Three (3) correct answers: two (2) prizes
● Four (4) correct answers: two (2) prizes
● Five (5) correct answers: five (5) prizes

The Winner will be notified by phone and/or email on the day they are determined.
