Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Tell us what’s on your Winter Wish List to win!”
To validate their Website Entry, entrants must visit the Website and listen to either the radio or a Smooth FM DAB station to win. They must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Tell us what’s on your Winter Wish List to win!”
To validate their Smooth Player App entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a Smooth FM DAB Station on the Smooth Player App or via smooth.com.au. They must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
All valid Website and Smooth Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to fifty (50) entries across the Promotional Period deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Entry Restrictions
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9:00am AEST and 5:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEST Thursday 14 August 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11.
Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
There are up to fifty (50) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• One (1) x prize to the value of the nominated wish (with a minimum prize value of $100 maximum value of AUD $5,000 (incl. GST)) as announced on-air at the time of winning, from a total Prize pool of AUD $50,000 (incl. GST) throughout the Promotion period.
For the avoidance of doubt, winners may be awarded the item on their “wish list” in cash, or as tickets, or via voucher, including any Travel Prizes, to be determined in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, and communicated to the winner, at the time of winning. Unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
For the avoidance of doubt, the total Prize pool will not exceed AUD $50,000 (incl. GST). The Promotion will end once the Promotion Period has ended or once the total Prize pool limit has been reached, whichever is earlier.

Prize Restrictions

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any ticket, venue or travel voucher terms and conditions
In the event a Winner is awarded a Travel Prize, the following restrictions apply;
Travel Prizes must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on/between the dates as listed on the prize voucher. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes. Any Travel Prize awarded is for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older), unless otherwise expressly stated, and to be determined by the Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Travel Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.

Prize Delivery

Cash Prizes will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer (or the nominated bank account of the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age).
Any Tickets or Prize Vouchers will be emailed to the winners nominated email address.
