1. Information on how to enter the Narellan Pools Prize Pack Giveaway competition (Competition) and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry (Terms and Conditions). Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
3. The Promoter is Narellan Pools Pty Limited (ABN 44 003 607 681) (‘Promoter’). The Promoter’s address is Suite 403-410, Level 4, 4 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153.
4. You acknowledge that this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Competition must be directed to the Promoter via its website rather than to Meta.
Who can enter
5. Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all Australian residents.
6. Entrants must be over the age of 18, as of the date of entry.
How to enter
7. To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below):
(a) Follow @narellanpools on either Facebook or Instagram; and
(b) Fill out the online competition form and answer in 25 words or less what your dream pool would
look like.
8. Entries must be submitted via the designated competition portal on the Narellan Pools website. No other entry means will be accepted.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final. By entering this Competition, you acknowledge that no correspondence will be entered into with any person(s) in relation to any individual feedback and/or disputes about the Promoter’s decision as to the competition winners.
10. Entrants may only enter in their own name and must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
11. Entries must provide contact details to be eligible to win. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.
12. You warrant that:
(a) Your entry is your original work, and to the extent it is not, you have obtained the relevant permission;
(b) All details provided with your entry are true and accurate;
(c) You have all necessary rights to grant the Promoter the rights granted under these Terms and
Conditions;
(d) Use of your entry by the Promoter, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will not
infringe the rights of any third parties; and
(e) Your entry does not breach any law.
13. You agree to indemnify the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the warranties above and acknowledge that the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, not award the Prize to you for breach of the warranties in clause 10.
Number of Entries permitted
14. Only one entry per person will be permitted. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries may have all entries invalidated.
Open, Close, Draw and Publish Dates
15. The competition commences on 26 June 2025 at 09:00 AM AEST and closes 13 July 2025 at 05:00 PM AEST (‘Promotional Period’). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
16. The winner will be the first 20 valid entries drawn at Promoter’s Premises at Suite 403-410, Level 4, 4 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153 on 16 July 2025 at 11:00 AM AEST. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
17. The winner will be notified by email and either in person or by telephone within two business days of the draw. Their name and postcode will also be published on 17 July 2025 at
www.narellanpools.com.au for at least 28 days.
18. Please allow at least 28 days from the date of notification for the delivery of the Prize.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
Prize on offer
20. The total prize pool is valued at $1,564 (including GST), as at 16 June 2025. The total prize pool does not exceed $10,000.

22. All Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the Prizes or part of a Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
23. No component of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash.
Rights in your Entry
24. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
25. Entries will not be returned to the Entrants.
26. By submitting your entry, you grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees:
(a) An exclusive licence to reproduce and communicate your entry to the public in whole or in part, in perpetuity and throughout the world in any media; and
(b) the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public your name, character or likeness for any promotion or matter incidental to the Competition with no compensation to you for such use.
27. You understand and agree that your entry may be edited or adapted at any time by the Promoter for legal, editorial or operational reasons.
