Any cost associated with accessing the Promotion Website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider
A participating venue is any on premise venue nationally that displays advertising material for this promotion (each a “Participating Venue”).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Venues, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de- facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
1. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) Scan a QR Code from promotional material to visit the Promotion Website and follow the prompts to the entry page;
(b) input the requested details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address, and state/territory of residence);
(c) vote for their favourite Aussie song from the list provided;
(d) agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
(e) Submit the fully completed online entry form.
(f) Once submitted, individuals will be prompted with a digital scratch card. Each entrant will scratch the card and then be notified instantly onscreen whether or not they are an instant winner and if so how to claim their prize. Each entrant that has won an instant prize must claim their prize by 11.59pm AEST on 30/09/2025. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights; (c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
3. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry is permitted per person per day; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements
Instant Prizes
4. The following prizes are available to be won instantly during the Promotional Period:

6. Total value of instant win prizes is $8,563.44.
7. The Promoter will post prizes to winners. Winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
Unclaimed Prizes
8. The Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw for any instant win prizes that are won but remain unclaimed on 30/10/2025 at Greeneagle Fulfilment, 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212 on 30/10/2025 at 11:00am AEDT, by way of a random draw (“Re-draw”), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
9. All valid non-winning entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Re- draw. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
10. Winners of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing via email within seven (7) days of the Re-draw. Any ACT winners will be published at
https://www.wildturkeymusic.com.au on 06/11/2025. Winner(s) of Re-drawn prizes must claim their prize within one (1) month of the Re-draw. Any prizes not collected within this time will be forfeited.
General
11. The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant or if unclear disqualify the entry.
13. Total prize pool value is $8,563.44.
14. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
15. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute a prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, a prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
16. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take/redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19. A participating venue will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to consume alcohol or gamble in line with relevant state liquor and state gambling authorities.
Privacy
20. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at
https://www.campari.com/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may also use Eligible Entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the
Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any entrant. Eligible Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the message. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may access, update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion Eligible Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
21. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for a period of 12 months from the date the Prize is awarded without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products. The Promoter will seek additional consent from Eligible Entrants before using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice for the purpose of promoting any of the Promoter’s products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter which are not connected to the Promotion. If requested by the Promoter, the Eligible Entrant agrees to sign a separate release required by the Promoter to give
