1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In this clause 2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
2.4 Winners must be able to participate in the prize as stipulated in clause 4.1, to be deemed a valid Winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Friday 25th July 2025 at 05:30am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday
31st July 2025 at 3.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
• Head to the designated competition page on The Morning Show website and register their full name, address (including postcode), date of birth, a valid email address and telephone number and;
• Submit an answer to the competition question in 25 words or less, “Tell us in 25 words or less, why you would like to get married at Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat?”
3.3 Entries must be received by Thursday 31st July 2025 at 3:00pm (AEST).
3.4 Entrants may enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.7 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 The Promoter is not responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
3.9 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the competition period who will receive the following prize:

4.2 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative prize, including cash.
4.3 This prize has no official resale value and may not be authentic if purchased from a third party. Prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes without the written consent of The Seven Network.
4.4 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.6 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winning.
4.7 Winners should seek advice on obtaining any valid insurance that may be required in relation to the Prize.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner(s) (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

4.10 The total value of the prize may vary, depending on the wedding date chosen by the Winner or the date.
4.11 The Prize must be used by 31st August 2026.
4.12 The Prize requires the Winners to confirm Wedding date with Promoter within two (2) weeks of the Winner Notification. The Winner will communicate directly with Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat to select their wedding date.
4.13 The Winner will be bound by Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreats standard wedding booking.
PRIZE:
A Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat Wedding, including the following:
• 3 day, 2 night exclusive use of the venue and grounds
• Catering and alcohol for up to 100 guests
4.14 The Winner agrees to allow Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat to use their photos and videos for marketing purposes.
4.15 The catering and alcohol options will be provided by a third-party supplier, selected from options provided by Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat. Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat is not liable for any liability from any third party suppliers.
4.16 The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers.
4.17 Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
4.18 The Prize is subject to booking availability.
4.19 The Winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite
visas, vaccinations and travel documentation that they require.
4.20 Spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the Prize description, are not included. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Prizes become the responsibility of the Winners.
4.21 The Winners may be required to present their credit card at the venue for any incidental damages.
4.22 The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
4.23 Once confirmed in writing, change of dates may require extra fees. The Promoter and the Sponsor do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these fees/costs will be borne by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
4.24 The Promoter, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
5.2 One (1) Prize Winner will be judged from all valid entries received (online) at the conclusion of the competition. Judging will commence at 3.30pm (AEST) on Thursday 31st July 2025 at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
5.3 The entrant who is deemed the worthiest and submitted the most genuine entry as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter will be awarded as the Prize Winner.
5.4 The Winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) buisness days of the prize judging. All winners will be published on
www.sunrise.com.au within two (2) business days.
5.5 The winner may be announced during broadcast of The Morning Show on Seven Network, on Friday, 1st August 2025.
5.6 If required, an unclaimed prize judging will be held on Monday, 27th October at 15.30 (AEST) at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) working days of the unclaimed prize judging. The new winner will be published on
www.sunrise.com.au from Wednesday, 29th October 2025.
5.7 The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.8 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.9 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize requirements. Prizes are subject to the Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions.
5.10 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in their absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat, and their associated agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail.
6.3 Promoter, and prize suppliers are not responsible for any costs associated with Prize collection.
6.4 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat, AAPC Limited, & affiliates and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
(a) duringthejudging;
(b) whilstundertakinganytravelwononorconnectedwiththeirentryintothecompetition;or
(c) in the participation in any prize;
(d) becauseoflate,lostormisdirectedmail;
(e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
(f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; and
(g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.8 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.9 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
6.10 By entering the competition, and by collecting a Prize, Winners acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. Neither the Promoter nor the prize supplier are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of each Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel.

7.2 The Sponsor is Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat (ABN 53 481 463 372) of 55 Radiata Road, Kangaroo Valley, NSW 2577.
7.3 You agree that the Sponsor will receive personal information of the Entrant by ticking the opt in checkbox on the entry form. The Sponsor will handle the personal information of the entrants (e.g. first name, last name, address, phone number, email address) in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be accessed at
https://www.kangaroovalleybushretreat.com.au/privacy-policy. By ticking the opt in checkbox, you agree to the Sponsor contacting you from time to time with marketing communications. Entrants can opt out at any time by submitting a request via
manager@kvbushretreat.com.au .
7.4 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of identifying and notifying the prize winners, prize fulfilment and understanding our audiences. Seven will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website at
