The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 28th July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 24th August 2025.

The Competition Period will be broken into the following Weekly Promotional Stages:
1. Week one: 28th July 2025 – 3rd August 2025;
2. Week two: 4th August 2025 – 10th August 2025;
3. Week three: 11th August 2025 – 17th August 2025; and
4. Week four: 18th August 2025 – 24th August 2025.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who possess a compatible smartphone hosting the MyMaccas® app (“App”), and have an active email address*, in order to accept and redeem the prize.

To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period: Download, install and launch the App on their compatible mobile device in the manner required. The application is available free of charge and can be downloaded via the Apple App Store for
Apple iPhone devices or via Google Play for Android devices;
Purchase an Eligible Product or Eligible Products (“Eligible Transaction”) via the App from a Participating Restaurant.
Electronic receipts must be retained as proof of purchase; and
Eligible Entrants will automatically be entered into the corresponding Weekly Promotional Stage of the Competition based on the date of purchase, once their Eligible Transaction
via the App is processed
Excluded Transactions

Products purchased and transactions made not in accordance with the Entry Mechanic (including but not limited to. McDelivery or redeemed as part of the McDonald’s Rewards program) are not an Eligible Transaction for the purposes of the promotion.

Multiple entries permitted but each entry must be substantially unique, must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
Entries received are only eligible for the corresponding Weekly Promotional Stage in which the purchase was made and Entries will not rollover into any subsequent Weekly Promotional Stage Draw(s).
Each Eligible Entrant is eligible to only win one prize in total from all Draws (excluding South Australia, where multiple prizes may be won by each Eligible Entrant if a winner in each Draw). Excluding South Australia, for the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant is drawn as the winner for both Major and Minor Prizes they will receive the Major Prize.
Region
In order to determine the Prize Winners, each Eligible Entrant will be entered into their respective State or Territory entrant pool based on each Eligible Entrant’s usual residential address, as follows:

The first eligible entries randomly drawn in the weekly Draw for each corresponding Region and first from all entries received by the Promoter from each Region during the Competition will each win:
Major prize (Excluding SA):
1 x double pass (two (2) x tickets) to Macca’s Front of House which is the VIP section at “Fridayz Live” event, valued at AUD$300 each (including GST). Flights and accommodation are not included.
Minor Prize (Excluding SA):
1 x double Gold pass (two (2) x tickets) to Fridayz Live valued at AUD$250 each (including GST). Flights and accommodation are not included.
SA Prize:
1 x double Gold pass (two (2) x tickets) to Fridayz Live in VIC valued at AUD$250 each (including GST).
2 x return economy flights for the winner and their companion from South Australia to Melbourne. (valued at AUD$200)
1 x 1 nights accommodation in a 3+ star hotel in Melbourne for the winner and their companion. (valued at AUD$299).
The winners of each Region must accept the prize in their applicable Region on the dates and at the venue set out below:
1. Victoria / TAS: 10 winners: 25th October 2025, Marvel Stadium Melbourne
2. Western Australia: 10 winners: 24th October 2025, Langley Park Perth
3. Queensland / NT: 10 winners: 17th October 2025, Brisbane RNA Showgrounds, Brisbane
4. NSW: 6 winners 18th October 2025, Engie Stadium Sydney

6. South Australia: 5 winners: 25th October 2025, Marvel Stadium
Melbourne
Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Travel and accommodation costs to and from Macca’s Front of House / Fridayz Live event as well as costs for food and beverages are not included in the Prize except for prize excluding South Australia.
Winner Notification
Each winner will be notified via email two (2) days after each draw listed above. Entrants are responsible for having ongoing access to their nominated email. Winners have until 10th September 2025 to respond.

Unclaimed Prize Draw
In the event of any unclaimed Prize(s), the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at 2:00pm (Sydney time) on 15th September 2025 at Creata, 6/3 Central Avenue, Thornleigh NSW in order to award Prize(s) from any Region if unclaimed by that date. Unclaimed Prize Draw winners (if any) will be notified in writing via email within one (1) week of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
Publication
For Prize(s) valued at over AUD$250.00, the name and locality of each winner in the Draw will be published on social media each Friday following the Draw and on the promoters website on 29th August 2025.
In the event of any Prize(s) valued at over AUD$250.00 in the Unclaimed Prize Draw (if any), the name and locality of each winner of these Prize(s) (if any) will be published on the website of The Fridayz Live on 22nd September 2025.
Prize Distribution
The prize will be provided to each winner within fourteen (14) days of the relevant Draw date via an email detailing the particulars for prize redemption.
Total Maximum Prize Value
Total maximum value of Prize(s) in each Region are as follows:
1. Victoria / TAS: AUD$8,500 (inclusive of GST)
2. Western Australia: AUD$8,500 (inclusive of GST)
3. Queensland / NT: AUD$8,500 (inclusive of GST)
4. NSW: AUD$6,000 (inclusive of GST)
5. ACT: AUD$2,300 (inclusive of GST)
6. South Australia: AUD$4,999 (inclusive of GST)
