We’re inviting creatives across Australia to take part in our Summer Tote Design Competition 2025. One design will be selected to feature on our limited-edition tote bags, available in Birkenstock Australia flagship stores this December as a gift with purchase.
Whether you’re an illustrator, designer, student or hobbyist, this is your chance to bring your vision to life and see it carried by others.
Theme:
Aussie summer
Brief:
Your design should capture the feel of Australian summer, whatever that means to you. Think sandy feet, beach days, road trips, cicadas at dusk, and melting ice cream. Or take it somewhere completely unexpected.
Prizes:
$2,500 cash.
Your design featured on our summer tote, available as a gift with purchase in Birkenstock Australia flagship stores.
20 printed totes with your artwork to keep, gift or share.
How to Enter
You must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over.
Submit your original design using the form below.
Artwork Specifications:
Format: JPEG, PNG or PDF
Artwork size: minimum of 2480x3508 pixels
Resolution: minimum 300dpi
File size: maximum 100MB
Only one file can be uploaded.
Your design should be suitable for printing on a canvas or fabric tote.
Entries close at 5 PM AEST on 30 July 2025.
The winner will be contacted directly by Birkenstock Australia and announced across our social media channels on 11 August 2025.
